Only one tiny problem I put my sign outside on the door handle that says PLEASE SERVICE ROOM THANKYOU PLUS put my TOWELS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR SO they could be changed went out all day but when came back they had not been in to do my room or changed my towels...

Nice friendly staff and a lift as my mum is disabled. Lovely breakfast with a huge variety, both English breakfast and continental.

On arrival I couldn't get on the car park with my disabled mum and had to leave my car a long way away. Then go and try and find it about 9 pm. All very upsetting as have to take a lot of accessories for .my elderly, disabled mum now.

Location and car parking excellent. Also all the reception staff.

Room a little tired especially the bathroom and shower screen. We also had to go to reception at 2am to collect toilet paper.

Fabulous location, huge bonus that we were able to park on the car park.

The only downside was the heat. We were on 3rd floor and the heat was unbearable. There was a fan in the room but this was broken and therefore incredible noisy which made it impossible for my 6 year old to sleep with it on. We did mention the heat in reception and they said that the third floor is always hot. They said they would try to find us another fan but this didn’t happen so I assume they didn’t have any spare. Despite this, we would stay again but definitely ask to avoid the third floor.

The entrance to the hotel and reception area is lovely and looks modern and clean, and the staff were polite and professional. We had sea view rooms which had a wonderful view and the hotel is only a short walk to the pier. We stayed here for the location, which suited us well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.

When you leave the entrance to go upstairs to the rooms, the carpets through the door and up the stairs were very soiled and stair banister very dirty ( which could easily be cleaned) , which is a shame after leaving such a nice reception area, but maybe they are still renovating and will replace the carpet ? The mattress was very very firm in our room (1st floor up) and my sisters room (2nd floor up) was so hot despite the window being open and no heating on. Even tho it wasn't the hotest weather.

Great location and, comfortable bed. Lovely to have a sea-view room with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits which were replenished when the room was cleaned. Lovely cooked breakfast in The Goat restaurant, and enjoyed an evening dinner and cocktails. Very nice having breakfast overlooking the sea.

The car park required a key code, which could have been provided on the email correspondence ahead of arrival. There was a lot of confusion on arrival by three cars waiting to park with none being able to contact reception via the intercom. One passenger walked round to reception and back with the code. There were very little choices for the continental/buffet breakfast option.

Very last minute booking. Kelsey on reception was brilliant with an early check in. Car park at the back is a brilliant addition just make sure you get the code for the barrier BEFORE arriving. Family rooms have plenty of space - we had a sea view. Overlooked promenade. Rooms were warm but everywhere was due to heatwave - fans were available. Plenty of storage. Yes the upstairs doesn’t match the reception or bar or restaraunt but the beds are super comfortable, clean and the facilities were excellent. We will definitely be back .

Bathrooms could do with a little update but I understand the clientele lllandudno usually caters for so could cope with walk in shower.

The staff were faultless they were all so good and very friendly and helpful. We had our breakfast and evening meals at the goats restaurant and the food was of excellent quality and the service was excellent too.

The room needed a bit of updating stains on the carpets and windows wouldn't open which it made it extremely hot at night to sleep. The only other fault was the fact it had no lounge area downstairs to sit and relax so a lot of time after our evening meals we either walked out or sat in our room and the view of the carpark wasn't very good.

The hotel was modern and clean, staff extremely helpful. Goat restaurant excellent,dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Great location. Good car park, based on first come. Not very big but one of the only hotels with secure parking. Bedroom was great and comfy bed. I had broken my foot before we arrived,the hotel changed room to no steps and a wet room 😄 couldn’t have asked for anything else,was perfect. Lift to some bedroom s.

The hotel was so hot, don’t know why, there was a fan in bedroom provided, but room was very hot all night, that’s the only thing that we could say we didn’t like, but didn’t spoil our stay

Arrived at the hotel with my daughter and grandson the first thing I noticed was how close it was to the beach, inside the reception area was spacious and very elaborate with marble floors etc., we booked in no queues or chaos the receptionist staff were very helpful and polite, we took the lift up to the room, it was nice to feel the cool air con after our long journey. The room had the best view of the beach sea and the pier. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and walk in shower beds comfortable, as was the cot provided for my grandson, welcome pack had good selection of teas coffee hot chocolate and bottled water with some very nice biscuits. The restaurant was very large and again very spacious proving every thing you needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner spotless the staff were a credit to the hotel. All in all I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel. Out and about lots to do and see shops restaurants and bars all polite welcoming for families, couples, and solo travellers and dogs

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property just wish we had booked for longer, but I will definitely be back
