We cannot express how lovely our stay was We came away to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. & from start to finish it was home from home greeted by the most lovely host and showed to our room. Our room had complimentary chocolates 2 roses and a bottle of alcohol free Prosecco in ice as we don’t drink. The room is so beautiful with the most beautiful view of the sea and the pier. a 5 minute walk from local shops and the famous mad hatter statue along the promenade just 20 minutes walk, parking is free right outside the hotel. The room has tea a little jar of Nescafé coffee Cadbury hot chocolate and bottled water. So clean and spacious! With a king size bed and Big fluffy white towels and bottled shampoo conditioner, shower gel in the bathroom. The shower was powerful and hot. Everywhere is spotlessly clean Blackout binds and big thick curtains And a telly FREE WIFI Down stairs a lovely Alice and wonderland themed sitting room to relax in. A lovely garden area so peaceful We were served breakfast by the host son who is so lovely polite and friendly with a big smile on his face. The variety was perfect and filling out the form the night before was great. Fresh fruit, cereal yoghurts and chocolate muffins. The breakfast was just wow !! 2x bacon 2x sausage 2x hash brown beans 2 eggs cooked perfectly I had poached my partner fried with black pudding spam and vine tomatoes with toast Fresh tea fresh coffee absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to stay again our only regret is not booking longer. The price of the stay is amazing and we cannot thank the host enough for going above and beyond. 5 stars Thank you for our beautiful stay

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed 2 nights for hubby's birthday, could not have picked a better place to stay. From check in to check out the owners could not be more helpful. Room 5 has the most amazing view. We asked for an early check in and the owners son was there to meet us on arrival. The extras in the room was such a surprise and a lovely touch. The breakfast.....you will not be hungry for the rest of the day. Parking is street parking and free. Walk into the town is roughly 20 minutes. We ate at Dylans, food was amazing. The beef was to die for. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant. Carlos restaurant is suppose to be amazing but booking is a must. We didn't book and couldn't get a table. This is a family run business and the owners have only been there for 6 months. We are looking forward to returning. Jaimie you have an amazing business, your sons are a credit to you and we will be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay, extraordinary staff, phenomenal breakfast and gorgeous views 😍 Me and my partner came for the weekend to celebrate his birthday. St Hilary Staff were very helpful even before we came as I asked them if they could do something special for his birthday and they happily agreed too months before we were booked in. On arrival, they were very welcoming and helpful explaining how breakfast works and then took us to our room where they had delivered more than expected for my partner's birthday surprise - we both absolutely loved it and we cannot thank them enough for the time and effort put in. The bedrooms were lovely, spacious, very posh, tidy and clean. The bedding was very good and the most comfiest bed and pillows ! Two good night sleeps indeed - if you were thirsty you were spoilt for choice for hot drinks and you even had bottled water per person and other drinks available if wanted. The views from the room were gorgeous - we even had binoculars to look out at the sea. BREAKFAST 😍 the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal - a high end and very tasty Welsh breakfast to set you up for the day in their lovely dining room with plenty of choice to have cooked and savoury breakfast for the morning. Also location wise you were a 20-25 min walk down the lovely flat seafront to the pier and other restaurants - although there are others closer if you wish to dine closer. What a wonderful weekend and we can't thank the St Hilary Staff enough and we look forward to coming again ☺️

My daughter was competing at the British Dance Festival for the weekend at Venue Cymru and the location was ideal for us to walk back and forth for a minutes to the venue. It was a seafront location, very welcoming friendly staff who could not do enough for you. The cooked breakfast each morning was delicious and plenty of cereal/fruit and breakfast pastries to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Lots of little nice touches too like snacks for my daughter in the room and plenty of coffee and tea! Lovely and clean and can’t wait to visit again 🙂

Very welcoming, the young lad checking us in was lovely and extremely polite. Room was very spacious and extremely clean, had kettle with tea coffee etc. linen was crisp white and towels were nice fluffy. Didn’t have breakfast as me and husband are not early risers but it did smell delicious so a little disappointed with myself for not getting up earlier.

Maybe with heat having a bigger fans and maybe mini fridge to keep your drinks cool as it can get very warm on top floor

View was lovely. Fantastic breakfast. Bed and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take them home!! Nice touch of bottled water and special biscuits on the coffee & tea tray. Towels were fluffy. A warm welcome from the owner and his family.

Maybe a small towel rail next to the sink as the fluffy bath towels took up the room on the other rail. Maybe a radio on quietly in the background in the breakfast room to stop some awkward silences. (Only a thought not a complaint).

The breakfast offering was the best we've seen as vegetarians. Freshly prepared fruit salad every morning, hot food cooked to order, Welsh honey, croissants and pastries if desired, and the service was very speedy once you sat down. Attention to detail sets this establishment apart - right down to providing filtered water in a bottle in your room so you don't have to try and fill the kettle from the sink! Top quality biscuits as well - and decaf. tea and coffee for those (like us) who prefer that option.

There was no aspect of the stay which we found wanting and Trisha and Dave are very friendly and relaxed hosts who made us feel fully at ease throughout our visit.

Ideally situated at the promenade, our room had a window sea-facing. The bed was comfortable - the shower as well as the TV a bit small though. A tea pot in the room as well as cookies (which were filled up daily) made our stay enjoyable Parking in front of the guesthouse was no problem. All restaurants and shops were easily reached by foot. The breakfast was very excellent & one could pick from different choices!

Lots of stairs as room 8 on top floor. Scrambled eggs not the best but okay. Prefer to pay on departure rather than as we arrive but that's the hotels choice. Location further out of Llandudno than we thought but not too bad

David and Tricia are lovely hosts We have stayed here before and from our first visit we knew we would return. We like the location as it is away from the busier part of Llandudno. Breakfast was lovely and ample with a choice of cooked or continental. Room was comfortable and furnished well with a lovely bathroom. We will be returning and would recommended this bed and breakfast. Janet joiner
