Simon was a superb host, super friendly and attentive. From our conversations I know that Emma was hard at work behind the scenes, too. Great communication throughout. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. An added bonus to have a coffee machine and smart tv in the room. Great on the go breakfast options for busy travellers and a lovely clean, bright and airy breakfast room for those dining in - with everything freshly prepared and served with a smile. I really appreciated the effort they have put into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The guestbook in each room with recommended tourist attractions and local restaurants was another nice touch. Will definitely return.

I came across Pebble House quite by accident, it has proven to be a great find. We have just returned from a three night stay at this spotlessly clean guest house. Simon met us upon arrival, ready to impart lots of useful information about the area and to answer our questions. We hadn’t visited Llandudno before so this was extremely helpful. We stayed in a king sea view room, which was equipped with all that was needed for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious. We opted for a takeaway option on the first morning as we were keen to get going. The remaining two mornings we ate in the guest house. The freshly prepared food superb. Thank you Simon and Emma we loved our stay, we will definitely be returning.

Nice room that was fresh looking. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good , freshly prepared high quality products.

Overall, whilst the room was nice , it was smaller than expected, particularly the ensuite. This felt cramped , not a lot of room to change in there or anywhere to place toiletries /make up near the sink. There is not enough space to sit and relax unless you sit on the bed. Not much storage for clothes. We managed as we were only there for a couple of days and left some things in our bags.

The accommodation was really lovely. Good location, a clean room, good price for the quality, breakfast included. What we appreciated above all was the amazing approach of the owners - they made us feel welcome, nothing was a problem and they were happy to give us advice (regarding e.g. restaurants in the area, what to visit in the area, etc.). Would definitely visit again.

Our bed was a bit smaller than we would have liked, but it is quite understandable given the fact that we chose the smallest room available - a larger bed probably would not fit there. Still this was not a big issue and the quality was really good for the price (I would not even mention this, it is just a recommendation - if you prefer more space, you might consider choosing a bigger room, that is all).

Emma and Simon were really good hosts. They have made their guesthouse a cosy and comfortable place with lots of care taken to make it a special experience for the guests. They attended to our needs really well and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely with amazing views looking out to sea. Our room was really clean and it had most of the facilities we required, along with some personal touches that made it stand out from your typical room. Breakfast was really nice, with lot's of choices to cater for everyone's needs. We highly recommend staying at Pebble House.

Would prefer a fridge to keep our drinks cool and maybe an iron in the room.

This property is honestly one of the most welcoming and friendly b&b’s, the hosts were very kind and helpful telling us about all the sights we could go to and answered any silly questions we had! The breakfast was amazing also we had it every morning we were there and couldn’t get enough of it! The bed we got was a super king and it was super comfy as well as the room being lovely and clean! It was my girlfriend’s birthday as well and they accommodated by adding a banner which was a lovely surprise!

The owners were warm and welcoming. Free on road parking is available at this location. Pay meters are in place nearer into the centre. The room was exceptionally clean, with a phenomenal view of the sea, two comfy chairs situated in the bay window making this an excellent cosy area to have a coffee and watch the world go by. The bed was a large comfy double with a spot light at either side and an en-suite just to the left. There were a choice of hot drinks, including an espresso machine and a drawer full of condiments. Breakfast was held in a small but quaint dining room, of which you make your own breakfast from a list the night before... Breakfast in bed was also an option.

Although this is a sea front guest house, it is a little way from Llandudno centre,

My husband and I visited for our 7th anniversary trip and it was amazing. The location was perfect, next to the sea. We walked the promenade, went to the pier and took so many photos of the great Orme. The location was great for us because all the activities we planned were around that area. Simon and Emma were fabulous hosts who made sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was really tasty as well so that's a plus in my book! I would definitely recommend a visit to this lovely B&B.

Location is excellent. The host is very good at his job. They are very organised with the breakfast process. Offer room service and pack up breakfast if you prefer. The breakfast is such good quality food. The room has a kettle and a coffee machine which has good quality coffee and the cups are very large which is nice.

Nothing bad about the property. The only thing we would have liked in the room we had was another shelf in the bathroom as we didn’t have much space for our wash bags.

We liked the location and enjoyed the walk along the promenade into Llandudno. We appreciated the care taken to ensure that our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and warm. The room was comfortable and much thought had gone into providing the little touches like biscuits, toiletres and plenty of tea and coffee. Simon and Emma were lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a particular highlight, everything was beautifully cooked. We would definitely recommend Pebble House.
