Beautiful views from our king size sea view /estuary room , it was warm, clean and welcoming , the bed was really comfortable, with lovely bed linen, beautiful soft white fluffy towels, Plenty of hot water, the furnishings were lovely and a beautiful bathroom . Nice little touch with the mini fridge and the biscuits were replenished every day and nicer than the usual ones in other places we’ve stayed. Plenty of milk, tea /coffee . The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and breakfast staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The food in the restaurant was very expensive, So we didn’t eat there except for the breakfast which was very nice.

We had a very pleasant stay, the studio was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful scenery from the terrace towards Camel estuary, Padstow and the Doombar, view was changing as tides come and go. The beds were large and comfy, plenty of storage space, and the large bathroom has all modern fittings, with a lovely free standing bath and excellent shower. Our daughter much enjoyed the complimentary cookies with hot chocolate, which were replenished every day to her delight. The restaurant has a great menu with lots of options for breakfast (oh, the marmalade was very special!) and a very good dinner. There is a walking path to Padstow on a local trail, it took us an hour and half with our dogs.

It is very easy to get to, the views are adorable, the room was very spacious, close to the car park, which had a designated spot so you could leave and come back anytime without worrying that you won't be able to park afterwards. Everything was super clean and tidy, the staff were super kind and helpful, they are also a rightly proud family-run business with a personal approach to each visitor. The food was outstanding, the breakfast were seriously filling, a great coffee too. The use of a pool was great, since we caught quite nice weather. The place had a really nice energy, and everyone was very helpful.

The view is fabulous, the room spacious, the shower a treat and the bed very comfortable. We also liked dinner in the restaurant and a very good and generous breakfast.

I understand that it's difficult to stock a lot, but the selection of wines was a little limited to me as a wine lover. Perhaps there is not much calling for quality wine, as the region's beers and ciders are famous, but with a mouthwatering crab and lobster linguine, I'd like something more exciting than a choice of NZ Cab'Sav, Chilean Chardonnay or Pinot grigio.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding One-Night Stay! We recently spent one night at the Pickwick Inn and were absolutely delighted with our experience from start to finish. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained - you could tell the housekeeping staff takes tremendous pride in their work. But what truly took our breath away was the amazing view from our window. Waking up to such scenic beauty made our stay feel truly special. The highlight of our visit was dinner at Oliver's Restaurant. The evening meal was nothing short of superb - every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance perfectly complemented the exceptional cuisine. The Pickwick Inn offers the perfect combination of comfortable accommodations, stunning views, and world-class dining. We're already planning our return visit and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our one-night stay so wonderful!

The most incredible hotel we have stayed in, and we have been all over the world! We came all the way from Canterbury Kent and arrived late due to traffic hold ups, so we were all incredibly tired. Our 5 year old was understandably hungry and knackered but the staff were so welcoming and offered to cook us some light bites even though we had missed dinner. The food was spectacular, as was the breakfast. The only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer! The room was out of this world! The bed provided the best sleep we had managed to have in ages! The view of the land and sea was undescribably stunning! Especially at sunset. The bathroom was amazing too! I could not get my wife out of the bath haha She was in absolute heaven watching TV whilst soaking and drinking a cup of tea. Our son loved the playground apparatus outside too. Thank you all so much for being so friendly and welcoming! It was like we were instantly greeted into a family. We cannot thank the lovely owners and staff enough. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Pickwick Inn & Oliver’s Restaurant. The location was absolutely fabulous—peaceful, scenic, and just a short drive from Padstow. The accommodation was excellent: clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. A perfect relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

A couple of things could have made the stay even better. We would have appreciated having bathrobes in the room, which would have added a more luxurious touch. Also, the welcome on arrival felt a little underwhelming, the gentleman who checked us in (not the owner) wasn’t particularly warm or friendly, which was a shame as first impressions do count.

The bedroom and bathroom were excellent. View from the balcony was amazing. Lots of nice little touches in the bedroom and bathroom such as plenty of tea, coffee and drinking chocolate. Complimentary cookies and bottled water, even a mini fridge. Bathroom had a huge freestanding bath with TV. Shower excellent. Soap and shower gel were paraben free. Furnishings were of a high standard and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and we had happy anniversary wishes in chocolate on our dessert plate, although we selected the cheese platter. 🤣 Food was delicious

Slightly isolated but we enjoyed the tranquility as we only stayed one night. A shame that we couldn’t take our meals in the restaurant as the views were amazing but as we had our dog with us we had to eat in the pub. We were aware of this beforehand so not really an issue. We could have left our dog in our room if we wanted.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The spacious and beautifully appointed room with its large bathroom and balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. Dinner at the property’s pub was excellent, complemented by exceptionally friendly staff. I would gladly choose to stay here again whenever we are in the area. Breakfast was outstanding, with a selection of freshly prepared dishes to choose from. The coffee was of the highest quality, which I particularly appreciated. Overall, a thoroughly delightful experience that we would be pleased to repeat! :)

All was fine!

One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The rooms are spacious with fantastic views of The Camel Estuary. Loads of storage space, lovely comfortable bed and fantastic modern bathroom. Nice homemade biscuits with complementary tea, coffee etc. The breakfasts are something else with a huge choice. Dining here was exceptional and the food was top notch. The staff were so friendly and helpful
