Great location for exploring Tintagel, Padstow, Newquay. Our luxury Apartment was really lovely and had the essentials you need for a self catering stay. The park itself is very clean and picturesque and quiet.

The apartment comes with 1 toilet roll per stay..I asked for another as 2 women sharing it didnt go very far to be told you are only allowed 1 toilet roll per stay as it's self catering you have to bring or buy your own. Which I was really quite surprised about! There is no tea/coffee or shower gel at all- again I understand it's self catering but for the amount you pay to stay I do expect a couple of teabags and some wash stuff as a token gesture. The gym is very small but it has enough kit to do a workout.

Generally nice accommodation for a group. The cabin we had had 2 common spaces with TVs and a pool table - great for relaxing and chatting after exploring Cornwall for the day.

We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms during our stay where the door wouldn't shut. We reported it the first day and after checking were informed the floor needs to come out and that wouldn't be possible whilst we were in the accommodation. We were told we'd receive a call with options - which we unfortunately didn't. We raised it on the last day and to cut a long story short we eventually received compensation after some to-ing and fro-ing between the accommodation and booking.com. Generally happy with the resolution.

Location was the best - it was a lovely quiet spot and pretty quiet the week we came. The lodge was just so comfy and cozy and real home from home - great to get back to after a day exploring. Hot tub was the cherry on the cake

I would say that the resort didn’t seem to realise it was welsh Easter holidays alongside other parts of the uk - which is one week later starting. Things like breakfast were not catered for in the lookout bar and eatery in this week- only on weekends so we missed out. I could see staff in the bar trying hard to keep up at times. However they managed well!

The location was beautiful and we loved that it was so quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the call after we arrived, to check that we were happy and that everything was OK.

The bathroom door was a sliding door which swung free at the bottom and so didn't actually completely shut. There was no locking facility on it either. This was a bit strange when on the toilet. The sunshine was at the front of the chalet, but there was nothing to sit on out there. However, next door's chalet was empty and had a bench outside their front door, so we borrowed that one for a few days.

The property was lovely, very clean, the open space is amazing, felt like home, loved the table was all set up, the extra surprise of a treat box for our little puppy was an amazing touch that we never expected.

I would say if I had to pick and things it could do with some painting on the outside and all the woodwork and gates to be looked at as old and worn, the bathroom at first looked amazing but the side of the bath had popped out, the light at the back didn’t work either, the built in freezer door was broken so wasn’t easy to open, but nothing that would put me of staying again.

Very tidy and clean upon arrival and the staff were very helpful and nice at reception. No major issues throughout the stay and any issues we did have were quickly rectified. This apartment had everything we needed and offers great value for money. Also a nice central location with plenty to do nearby. You can’t really fault it at this price.

The apartment was a little bit rough around the edges if you looked closely. One of the days we had an issue with the hot water but this was quickly fixed whilst we were out without a problem. Overall very minor issues though, which didn’t impact our stay.

Wonderful apartment for sure! Can’t really fault it! The staff were lovely, really helpful when our heating packed up, and it was sorted in a flash. Super clean, fresh bedding and lovely towels. Nice little touches like tea towels and dishwasher tabs helped out no end! Great view across one of the lakes, easy to park, easy to find. Good access to local points of interest. Would certainly stay again without hesitation.

Probably being really picky now, but our smart TV wasn’t, well, smart. Normally not an issue when in Cornwall, but in early jan when it’s beating down and dark of an evening we’d like to have had our Netflix etc. Heating was a bit iffy, but it was quickly fixed. Bit more crockery and cutlery would have been cool too. Anyway, I’m really searching for stuff now - it’s a lovely place!

The roof terrace with the hot tub and the chairs were so beautiful. The hot tub was amazing, We spent time together as a family and the roof terrace was a space we all loved. The lodge was absolutely stunning. The beach cafe and the beach was Beautiful, loved the bean bags too. George (staff) was a breath of fresh air, a really, smiley, warm and great person. We said thank you to him, he is an asset to your resort. All staff were lovely but George went above and beyond.

We found the water sports were expensive and not in our price range.

The apartment for a "small" apartment was infact not so small and was plenty of space for the two of us... we loved the view over the lake and how it was great to have our own privacy but also be close to all the facilities on offer. We only stayed for 2 nights but can not fault the impeccable service from all staff at the resort. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and there is always help to hand if needed. Everything you need off site is just a 10 minute drive away or you can use the local bus or if you would like some one at the front desk are happy to help call one for you. The local area provides lots to do for all occasions and types of holiday bookings such as local shopping, beach days and activities, family days out, cinema, bowling and plenty more. We can't wait to go back in the summer (this resort may even become our yearly uk spot).

There was a single cracked tile/wobbly tile in the bathroom, but it wasn't dangerous or could cause harm or an accident. The rooms can get cold and take a while to warm up. More amenities could be provided suck as small (hotel size) bottles of shampoo and body wash for arrival.

Lovely lodge looking over the lake, couldn't use outside space weather not the best but would have been fab in good weather. Everything we needed inside for a comfortable stay, only thing we missed was wifi and a hot tub. Other lodges had them, maybe they needed to be hired. Would def go back, great value for money, nice and quiet, imagine it would be very busy in season. Loved it.

There was free guest wifi on site, didn't work in our lodge, it had its own wifi but no password was provided, shame as we would have liked to have used the Chrome cast facility on the TV.
