My wife and I were given the Crows Nest room at the top of the Hotel from which you could see the harbour and the sea. The hotel itself is fantastic. It has plenty of life in the bar for those that want it, or a quieter restaurant area. All of the staff were friendly, chatty, helpful and fast. Breakfast was cooked to order and was really really outstanding. We also had dinner one night which was also extremely good. The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the surrounding areas and is just a couple of minutes walk from the Charlestown harbour and its bars and restaurants. The old harbour is properly authentic - like stepping back in time 200 years.

The carpark, although quaint as it was cobblestoned, was not easy to drive over.

Location is ideal.

The breakfast looks nice but borders on inedible. The cheapest, nastiest, bargain basement wouldn't even donate it to a food bank fruit juice. At these prices they could provide freshly squeezed or at the very least a not from concentrate brand. The menu relies heavily on bacon but the bacon is a mummified cross between cardboard and shoe leather. Scrambled egg is microwaved without seasoning or butter. They have a big shiny coffee machine but are unable to get it to produce a decent cup of coffee. Zero stars.

The breakfast was nicely presented and the fruit juices were good quality. We attempted to book an evening meal in the restaurant on the friday but told fully booked (even though several tables were empty in the dining room.) However, we did manage to get food in the bar.

The room and ensuite were very cramped. Also, there was a noticable drainage smell. The housekeeper even opened our window Which we then left open for our entire stay. I did book through booking. com So I dont know whether that decides what sort of room you are offered.

Perfect location just a short walk up a slight hill from the harbour. Very clean room, cleaned every day while we were at breakfast. Fresh cooked breakfast with a variety of choice.

We travelled with my parents (2 superior rooms) and one was bigger than the other. We May have just fallen unlucky but our room did not match the pictures on the website (size wise) We had a meal on NYE, lovely food, our only critique was at 11:50 the bell rang at the bar, we assumed temporary last orders before midnight but no the bar was closed. But we weren’t told about this when we were asked if we wanted another drink at around 11:30 else we would have ordered a drink. Also 2 puddings were added to our bill that we didn’t have but I guess that’s easy done on a busy NYE.

Good location, visited the night garden of Heligan. Free parking, restaurant & Sky sports Tv as also wanted to watch the darts world championship final

The bedroom was missing a curtain to provide privacy when bedroom light was on of an evening. As a winter stay it would also help to keep the heat in the bedroom as not double glazed obviously as old premises. Nothing could be done for us as we were only stopping one night, so no time apparently to sort as we clearly only noticed this when we were getting ready in the evening. Restaurant prices were pricey for certain meals, not outstanding food. Cod & chips was £20 with minted peas that were as dry as sawdust. Oven chicken supreme £15 with seasonal veg & that was just curly kale, am sure plenty more seasonal veg to be found but not on my plate.

Super clean and comfy room! I requested to see if we could change our double to twin beds due to a change of guest, and upon arrival it was great to hear that the room had a sofa bed too in addition to the bed. It was all made up for us which is was fab. Gorgeous breakfast in the restaurant. Free parking included

Only downside was that our room was right next to a roof top generator that made quite the buzzing noise. Luckily the room had a/c so once windows were closed it was cool enough and less noisy.

Last minute booking for 2 nights walking the coast path. The pub was excellent - staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had an excellent choice. We ate in the pub both evenings and thenfood was of a very good standard. Our room was in a separate annexe to the Pub just the other side of the cobbled car park, which was quiet and peaceful. . The room was comfortable with nice touches such as bath robes and a coffee machine. En-suite was a little snug but ok for us.

Room was very comfortable and lovely extra touches like the sleep well box with earplugs and eye mask, pillow spray, slippers and robe. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious, fish and chips. I asked if they could do a half size portion, as the full size was enormous and they did, which some places won’t. Breakfast was also delicious and included in the price. Great location for getting to Eden Project and lovely 2 minute walk to the harbour.

The room overlooked the beer garden and there were no blinds so we had to keep the curtains closed. It was very noisy until about quarter to midnight when the pub closed and everyone waiting for taxis outside had left. Double glazing would be nice, or ask for a room away from the beer garden side.

I recently stayed at the Rashleigh Arms and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a very cozy atmosphere, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment you step in. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and making it a convenient spot for travelers. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and I had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend Rashleigh Arms to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean room!! They had thought of everything from bathrobes and slippers to a fan to an ironing board etc etc the list goes on, very good. Beds were sooooo comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of choice! Great location close to everything in Charlestown!! I would stay here again!

Nothing. Being picky the car park is very very cobbly uneven. But found out it's the only 'Listed' car park in the UK!! So they can't do anything with it. Although alot of cars parked in the onsite car park I parked on the road was no problems.
