We appreciated the spaciousness and welcoming feel at Pochin House. The property fitted our needs very well and put us in a good spot from which to visit The Eden Project.

I asked, via Booking messages, to communicate to the property our intent to use the sleeper sofa and asking to have bedding in place. This message did not arrive in a timely fashion to the owners. We made do with the first night. Property had lots of tea, but no coffee to offer. I was concerned about wifi coverage to help us get messages about accessing the property. This concern was not very kindly met, nor the response on my night of arrival request for sleeper sofa bedding. The extraction vent covers could use a cleaning. Wifi was spotty, at best.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place is excellent – very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms and all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the Ms Sally was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay. Looking forward to returning on our next visit!

Main bed very large and comfortable. Lounges were good, kitchen had all you would want. Parking was secure and the place is in good condition. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

It was a great apartment except the 2nd bedroom has a smaller double bed that is up against the wall on one side. I think the room could be arranged to be able to avoid this. Also unusual is the requirement after booking to pay a 100 Pound security deposit- this should be noted before booking. A dryer would be great. The shower in the ensuite so small as to be unusable, but we just all used the one in the main bathroom.

A beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and welcoming holiday home. Well equipped and maintained. Decent size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host is very communicative and helpful. We loved our stay, and it was definitely a home away from home.

The property is very well situated, with fantastic views. Stayed here a couple of nights whilst on a road trip around Devon & Cornwall and really enjoyed. It’s part of a small gated community, easy to access and well maintained, quiet and peaceful, well equipped. Will certainly check availability next time we’re heading this way.

Fabulous, spacious & comfortable property. Large bedrooms, great strong hot showers (& a bath which is a must for my hubby). Lovely view.

Distance from st Austell but that’s because to get the view …..it was uphill! The 1.5mile walk uphill was hard work. If you had a car it would be absolutely fine but we arrived by train & taxis are a struggle.

Facilities were well looked after and rooms were clean and good sized. Good view from main windows if a little further from the coast than expected. Parking is secure within the grounds of the property. Good location for getting to the Eden Project, Charlestown and Carlyon Bay within minutes by car.

The apartment was amazing, it had lovely views and was very spacious it was decorated lovely and very clean, it was nice that we had our own parking space. It was in a good location to go to the Eden project and the Garden of Heligans. I would definitely recommend this property

Loved it all

The whole process was easy, from getting to the property locating the key box, getting into the property. Parking was straight forward, numbered parking bay. Very spacious property good size bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Very clean.

View could have been a bit better but that's a very small detail.

Accommodation was clean private and very luxurious. Plenty of space and had all the amenities. The beach recommended by the host polkerris was lovely we had a really good time there. The locals were very friendly and it wasn't too busy with plenty of parking. The marina was only 7mins away were you can hire a self drive boat so we managed to squeeze a self drive boat hire into our visit. We used Fowey Boat Hire the staff were amazing we highly recommend them.
