Lee was wonderful. We came with a 2 year old, a 4 year old, twin 8 months olds, and three adults and Lee couldn't be more accommodating. She was very happy for the kids to run around her home while I finished my breakfast and was always at hand to help with anything at all The rooms were really lovely and clean Really close to the town too Would highly recommend if you have kids and want a home environment to stay at

One thing I will note is the stairs are quite steep when coming in from the car park. However Lee was always asking if she could help with bags etc and she even carried my daughter! I certainly wouldn't let that put you off though

I was given a warm and friendly welcome by Lee. Lee helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room - Daffodil room - she explained how things worked. Lee also noticed that I was travelling alone, yet my booking was for two people. I explained that I couldn't work out how to change my booking for one. She explained that she would sort it out - and sure enough, she did, so my final bill was less than I'd expected. The house is Victorian with large rooms - the staircase is wide, so it makes it easy when carrying luggage. My room was very comfortable. The bed was a super king, and the bedding was soft and snuggly, so I nestled down with ease. Full-length mirror was another bonus - so often these days these aren't available in B&Bs. Also, free wi-fi. The whole house was clean and tidy - a nice homely feel. Very good value for money. Good breakfast. Great location - the house is set in what seems like the countryside, so it's very peaceful. I could park my car (free parking on site) and the town centre is just a five minute walk. Li was marvellous because we had the Loft which had a lot of wooden stairs up the side of the Property and as I have to use a crutch, this wonderful host brought our breakfast up to us making 3 journeys each time. It was pouring with rain for the 2 days we stayed and she was so concerned that I may slip she looked after us magnificently. We have never had such wonderful looking after and she went out of her way to make sure nothing was too much trouble.

The Loft was a large room with a single bed, double king size bed and a Futon type put you up. The bathroom was of a good size with extremely hot water whatever time it was needed

I stayed for three nights instead of two and this B&B is exceptional the breakfast is good and the hostess Lee is exceptional my room faced West so I got the afternoon and evening sun it was very large and the shower was brilliant nothing seemed to be too much for lee to help out. You've got to see this place to appreciate it

The cost of my stay was a little more than I usually pay but Lee did give me discount on the third night. I have stayed in many establishments across Europe and found this one very very good the location it was ideal for the purpose of my journey and I would not hesitate to recommend it well done

Li was the perfect hostess. The breakfast was excellent. The room was large, light and airy, with a fridge and big TV. The location was very central with the main shopping area within a couple of minutes walk and a good selection of shops and places to eat. Charlestown and Mevagissey were just a few minutes away with some good clothes shops, pubs and eateries. It is also very handy for The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and coastal path walks.

Our host, Li , could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We were arriving later than planned, but kept in touch with Li, and she was accommodating with our late arrival. We stayed 2 nights which were both restful, followed by excellent breakfast and chats with Li. The house and room were immaculately clean and well looked after. It was great to chat for about an hour on departure on various topics of interest to ourselves and Li, as we enjoy getting to know more about the lives of the people we meet on our travels.

Li was so welcoming right from the minute she welcomed us to when we left. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was a super king and the mattress was very comfortable. I liked that there was a wardrobe with decent hangers. We were down for a wedding so to be able to hang my suit and my partners dress was a bonus. We had lots of tea, milk and water and this was replenished everyday. The breakfast lived up to all previous reviews. We really appreciated the attention to detail I.e the plates including toast plate were warm to keep the food warm whilst we ate. Li was helpful with information including taxis and we enjoyed talking to her and her husband. The location was good and the parking was easy. I would recommend this B&B to others and I would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for a weekend away - tea/coffee provided, ensuite, small fridge, towels and a wonderful breakfast that set us for the day. The location was great for us visiting The Eden Project and a sort walk to the town in the evening for dinner. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be booking again. Thank you

The staff was extremely friendly, service-oriented and the room which I got above the proper, was ver, big and had a very nice bathroom. Due to it's quiet location, you could hear seagulls and other birds. Furthermore, it is very close to the clay trails, offering a good hiking opportunity. Additionally, the old town and the train station are just a little walk away. Overall, I am completely satisfied and can only recommend it.

I cannot think of something I didn't like. The only thing maybe, although this I experienced througout the whole UK, is that you can fully check-in in the midday times. Here I though have to say, that the very friendly ownet alread, let me put my stuff into the room and settle down, before she came back to finish my room for the final check-in.

Li who runs the B&B was lovely, very attentive, nothing seemed too much trouble .The breakfast was delicious , the room we stayed in was spotless , the bed was so comfortable, we had a great night sleep, the shower was great too...Well worth the price ,wished we had booked to stay longer. Fantastic host... Definitely recommend ...Town centre within walking distance...
