The owners Martin and Lyn were great very lovely and Informative, kath looked after us throughout our stay brilliantly. The double doors straight out into the garden with a table and chairs to enjoy our drinks outside was a welcomed bonus. Plenty of tea and coffee great after a long day. Lovely Arbours and beaches to visit with a local bus if you do not want to use your car
The bathroom is small but then it is a guest house not a hotel, was no issue for us. The room can become very warm in the summer, but there is a fan available. No full English breakfast but they do not state its B&B, they do feed you every morning with cereal, fruit and toast and various hot and cold drinks, all greatly appreciated. All very minor didn't take anything away from a fab holiday.

Bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were helpful and welcoming. We stayed in High Five, which is a self-contained unit with everything we needed.
The spiral staircase was a challenge to carrying luggage up to the accommodation. Chairs in the unit are not comfortable at all. Could do with larger chairs with better back support. Guests have no control of the heating. The temperature and timing were pre-set by the hosts - for a short period in the mornings. However, it has been colder than averages this June/July, so it could be chilly early morning and kate evening. The hosts were happy to switch on the heating on request, but still, hassle and inconvenience that guests can do without.

The owners and staff were very friendly and it was a beautiful set up. Perfect for staying when coming back home to visit friends and family. Room was cosy but perfect for us and our stay. Good fresh selection for the continental breakfast. Would definitely come back again.
Booking through booking.com didn't state what room we would be in so there was a bit of confusion there. Nothing against the property but maybe something to be looked into. Only issue we had was with the mattress in our room. It was very uncomfortable and noisy. Could feel the springs. Not sure whether a replacement or a topper would help with this. Other than that....no complaints.

Beautifully thought out suite with every comfort (including wine cooler) located in the garden of property. Although the property was on a main road, the traffic noise was not noticeable in the room. We were able to sit out in the well maintained garden, have a drink and chat to the owner and his gorgeous dog! The property was well situated for days out sightseeing.
Had to take a taxi to Charlestown (not far) for somewhere decent to eat in the evenings, but the host was helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Lovely coffee and breakfast fine, especially the fresh fruit.Perhaps you could add some cold cheese and meat as they do in the Netherlands, Belgium etc. The garden was a delight, with comfy chairs to sit out in the sun. The room was very comfortable and attractive. The one drawback was that the lodge was a long way from anywhere to eat, or a pub! No problem if you have a car! Once the planned hot tub and bar, barbeque etc are up and running ,they will be a valuable asset, overcoming some of the limitations of the location.

Bradleigh lodge was fantastic , as a family we all said we'd never stayed in such a great BnB. The owner was so friendly and helpful and the lady who changes the rooms and does the breakfast was the loveliest person ever and did a fantastic continental breakfast all with fresh coffee and tea . Honestly can't recommend this place enough it's fantastic !

The room was a converted garden outbuilding but very tastefully decorated and furnished with its own separate entrance and wonderful garden setting. Very comfy large bed lovely bed linen and nice arm chairs to sit in. Breakfast was really tasty although there was some confusion as the ad said bed and breakfast but the booking confirmation said room only. Very friendly owner and staff - all in all it made for a lovely short stay and would come again.
The room was cold upon arrival and took a while to warm up. The shower was lovely and powerful although we couldn't get it as warm as we'd have liked.

The breakfast was a nice variety and we enjoyed our breakfast .Our host was friendly and accommodating and she asked us if we would like more coffee and tea which was lovely .
This morning the fruit cocktail tasted a,bit sharp and I left some of it ,it had been very nice the previous days of our say .The shower head in our bathroom was a bit high for myself so I had to reach up to use it which I found a bit frustrating .Being shorter this could be difficult for People .

That the room was separate from the main house. We also loved Cath in the mornings making great recommendations of where to go and also booking us a taxi when our train was cancelled.
The only tiny thing was that the light from the heater (even when not heating up) was quite bright in the night, the light also came through the glass wall from the bathroom quite early, could a blind be placed on the velux window in the bathroom?

Lovely, lovely, lovely! The staff are wonderfully and absurdly friendly. You'd think that you were one of the family from the way they act. The room was so clean that I actually started looking for dust - because no room can be THAT clean! The breakfast is a simple buffet affair, with jams, toast, croissants and cereal.
I can't really think of anything I was disappointed in. Maybe that the bathroom is compact - but that's about it.
