A really great place to stay - unfortunately at the end of our Cornwall trip. So we could only stay two nights... We were able to arrive much earlier, were warmly welcomed by Caroline and were able to leave our luggage and park the car there. The location of the property is very quiet and beautiful, but still only a 10-minute walk to Mevagissey harbor. The room was comfortable and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a nice, clean shower. Every now and then two pheasants walked past the window 😄 Mike was waiting for us for breakfast in the bright and spacious breakfast room/lounge with a view of the well-kept outdoor area. In addition to the buffet breakfast (cereal, toast and spreads/jam), there is also a menu with a large selection of warm egg dishes (scrambled eggs in many variations / bacon / avocado / ...), which are then freshly prepared. Mike and Caroline are extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of good tips for the evening (pubs/restaurants), the next (rainy) day (Lost Gardens - 5 minutes away by car) and the morning of our departure (short hike along the coast). We felt very comfortable! It's a shame that we had booked our ferry in advance...

The King suite with sea view was immaculate, very spacious and really has the wow factor when you walk in and see the views through the windows! The hosts are lovely and make you feel very welcome and at home. The location was great and not far from the harbour, also had great views of the fireworks for Feast week. We enjoyed the breakfast which set us up perfectly for the day. This is a great place for couples to stay and Mevagissey was an ideal base, plenty to see in the town and places to eat, but also not too busy. There are plenty of beaches and coastal walks nearby as well as being a short drive from popular attractions such as Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Thank you Mike and Caroline we really enjoyed our stay!

There is not much that can be improved. If I was being really picky I would say the bed is too soft but this is completely a personal preference and I can't really say that it affected my sleep during our stay.

Mike & Caroline are such a nice couple, being friendly, welcoming and warm as though you knew them for years. The property is also lovely and spacious, with a vista from the lounge with a view looking out over Mevagissey. The room size was large with a large comfy bed. My wife actually said "that's the best night sleep I have had for ages", the breakfast and service was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to going again.

The only criticism we had, is the steep incline up to the property. If you walk into Mevagissey for a meal and a couple of drinks for example and then have to climb the steep hill, it can be a bit of a work out. You can park your car it the bottom of the hill, as it is a private road, and then drive it to the top on your return (depending you don't have too many) This is at no fault of the owners, and just the situation where the property is situated, although you do get good views from the house,

The property was clean and comfortable with a great view. The owners (and guests) were very friendly. The breakfasts were great, great quality and choice. One of the main reasons for choosing Kerryanna was its proximity to Mevagissey, it is only a 15 minute walk to the harbour, yet being out of the centre of the town you can park your car.

The only downside of the property is the steep hill on the way back from town, but without the hill you wouldn’t have the great view. There are a couple of parking spaces at the bottom of the hill which can be used if you don’t fancy the walk up.

Exceptional facilities - lovely, large room; very comfy bed and pillows - hard to find usually; very friendly hosts; very good breakfast. In particular, on the day I arrived, I needed a lengthy taxi transfer from a beach along the coast, and the taxi companies were not at all helpful, and I was losing phone signal and low battery. I phoned Caroline at the Kerryanna to ask if she would make calls to taxi companies on my behalf. I understand that she had to make several calls, but she managed to get a taxi out to me, and that saved the day.

The only reason that the location category did not have a full smiley face is that the property is at the top of a hill - and I was walking. If they can change the laws of geography/physics to make it easy to walk up hills that would be perfect. Otherwise, the location was very good - I did not mind the short walk into Mevagissey at all.

An excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit with Greek Yogurt and Granola, with a cooked to order breakfast choice. It was a good start to the day. Our room was clean, and fresh, and everything was as described in the write up. It was also quiet, and surrounded by fields, and we even saw a Llama on the hill from our room window. Caroline and Mike were most kind and welcoming hosts. We were delighted 🤩 and will be returning for a further stay in the future.

Caroline and Mike are the perfect hosts, the accommodation is beautiful, clean and spacious and in an excellent location for a short walk into town, breakfasts were just the best we've ever had when staying in B&Bs with views across the countryside whilst eating, would definitely stay again if in the area

There is a steep hill to the accommodation which may be an issue to anyone with mobility issues if planning a walk to town but there's a parking area half way which really helps cut the steepest part out

A truly beautiful property in picturesque surroundings and the suite occupied was extremely comfortable with all comforts supplied. Our hosts could not have been more personable and helpful with local advice relating to restaurants, car parking (slightly difficult in Mevagissey) local beauty spots to visit etc. The property includes free parking. Definite bonus. Breakfast was first class in all respects. We felt fortunate to have been able to book our stay here.

The location is superb including the short walk uphill back from the local watering holes ! Both the outside and inside are beautifully maintained to the point of looking brand new everyday ! Mike and Caroline do an amazing job. They are fantastic hosts and nothing appears to be too much trouble, including sourcing of GF sausage on day 2 !

We loved how friendly Caroline and Mike were. Our room was so cosy, clean and fresh. Cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could think of. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved watching the swallows flying every morning at breakfast time. The location was literally a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of Mevagissey.

We honestly couldn't think of anything we didn't like.
