We liked everything. Visiting family who live across the road so a perfect location. This pub is great, clean, extremely well maintained, welcoming and nice sun terrace. The bedroom was lovely, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Lovely crisp bed linen and a comfortable bed. I had a really good night's sleep. Bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast choice was good quality and delicious. Special mention for the waiter working today Monday 12th May. He was friendly and welcoming. Will most definately visit again. The pub has good modern facilties and deserves to do well.

Our stay at the hotel was truly lovely. The place is beautiful, well organised, and peaceful, which made for a very relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely wonderful!!! Full of flavour and presented with great care and attention to detail.

The only downside we found was that the room was quite hot, and unfortunately, the fan provided didn’t really help with cooling it down. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it.

Great place, conveniently located in the northern edge of the New Forest. Just driving to the B&B is already a treat with all the ponies/horses and cows roaming around. Very nice forest walks in the immediate area (10mins drive), but also further down deeper into the forest of course. Breakfast is ordered at the table (mini buffet just for coffee/tea and juice) and is quite nice although not everything on the menu is included in the room rate. But getting half of the full English breakfast is already more than enough - so no complaints here. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant 1 evening, I suspect mostly catering to B&B guests, at least that 1 evening. The room is adequate, the beds are comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom seems to be fairly recently renovated, very nice. All spotlessly clean.

Having read the reviews I asked for a quiet room upfront - and again when checking in. But I'm not sure they have such rooms, as the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs was coming loud and clear through the floor. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, so it started from early morning until later evening. Other than that the place is wonderful as per above

We arrived later than hoped, the hotel staff were very accommodating despite us checking in after there closing time! We had booked a double and twin room, however on late arrival discovered we had been booked into 2 doubles. Even though the hotel reception was closed, the staff quickly upgraded our rooms to a 3 bed family suite and even brought us some snacks upon hearing the long journey we had after motorway holdups for several hours! The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds really comfortable, the suite was beautiful and had an amazing selection of Nespresso coffee's, the hotel and bar looked modern and clean, set in the edge of the new forest, we will definitely stay again.

Due to the journey to the hotel, we didn't get the full benefit of the beautiful location.

Staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a spacious room on the top floor of the building with a comfortable bed and good ensuite shower room. The Breakfast was well cooked and delicious and we ate in the dog friendly bar area.

Walked our dog to the local cricket club in the evening which also had an enclosed play area for children. Even though we were not on the outfield and nowhere near the cricket square one of the members shouted out that dogs are not permitted and as we were leaving another member made the same comment. Unfortunately without getting in our car we could not see anywhere in the immediate area for dog walkers even though it is close to the New Forest. This is nothing detrimental to the Woodfalls Inn but may be of interest to other dog owners.

The Woodalls Inn is first and foremost, value for price. We spent one night in a very nice and newly furnished room. The breakfast was generous and quite honestly after a long road trip with multiple hotels and Inns this was the place with the best shower (after a long holiday with a different place every night things like these start to matter). The breakfast was also one of the best we have had during our trip with a large choice and very generous portions. I would also like to mention the man who served us our breakfast, he was very charming and nice!

The only thing which bothered us a little was the people who stayed in the room above our one, which decided to wake up early and run a marathon in their room (I till this day do not know how people manage to walk back and forth in small rooms like this for hours and what for is even a bigger mystery to me). This however was not the fault of the Inn except maybe that the building quite old and the floors and ceilings fragile enough to cause disturbance between rooms.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was of very good quality and there was a good range to choose from. It was nice that you could chose any dish from the breakfast menu for the standard breakfast price. The beds and linen were very comfy. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

Maybe it's because I stay in hotels less than before but the corridor could get a bit noisy sometimes when people came in and out of their rooms and as they chatted on the staircase. Maybe the doors in the upstairs bedrooms can be better noise insulated as they aren't behind fire doors or internal partition doors.

Comfortable beds, clean room, modern bathroom, lovely breakfast, very helpful staff.

The room was well insulated with little ventilation so it was far too hot at night which meant we didn't sleep well. There was a fan which helped but it was still far too hot. The window would only open a bit 'due to health and safety regs'. This was a shame as we stayed overnight to save the tiredness of travelling there and back from West Somerset in one day. However due to the poor sleep, with hindsight it would have been better to have done both journeys in one day and had a good night's sleep in a cooler room at home. A real shame as everything else was great.

The building appeared to have been refurbished recently; it was clean and modern throughout, including our bathroom, and the toilets downstairs. The staff were very willing to carry bags up and down the stairs. They supplied cold water and glasses. The breakfast was generous, with well-cooked scrambled eggs on toast. There was plenty of easy parking.

It was over 32 degrees Centigrade when we arrived. The room faced west, windows and curtains were open and the room was like an oven. This could have been a little cooler if both had been closed before the sun moved round. A fan was supplied. Tiny shady garden. Perhaps I have dwelled on the heat, but it was very hot.
