Location and decor style

Said parking was available but did not mention that you had to pay for it at an off site location. Otherwise no issues.

Everything was excellent, we could not fault this place. It was quiet, very clean, modern. We made good use of the coffee station in the small comfortable communal area, we never seen any other person in there but we got our nice coffees in the mornings! The place is very secure and in what seems to be a nice area, 5 minutes walk to the town. We would definitely stay here again. 3 ladies aged 30, 33 and 65! All very impressed. Check in Check out is flawless, no queues no waiting no fuss 😁

1 thing we need to mention, that I did see mentioned before. In the superior king room (I'm unsure about the others) there was what we called "The death stairs" haha no but really they're more like a ladder! Leading to the upper bed area, Extremely steep and high up. Definitely not for young children or anyone with mobility issues - just something to be aware of! And highly reccommend not going up there after a few drinks!

My children and I loved the space, the style of the room and the special touches like the treat tray (which made their day, everyday - although the amount of packets of crisps for the three of us was a bit random! 1 on night one, 2 on night 2 and none after that!) The refreshments room was a nice touch, although lids for the cups would have been helpful as my children kept spilling their drinks (even though I half filled the cups) and I kept having to mop up as we went! I wish your hot drinks machine had a hot milk option! I was worried about the stairs to the mezzanine in the family room (as travelling with 2 and 7 year old) as I couldn't find any pictures before the stay, but they were perfectly safe and they both adored it up there!

Not much that the venue can do about this, but parking was tricky for arrival/departure and bringing luggage in/out. This is harder anyway as a single parent travelling with young children so may not be an issue for others.

We loved everything about the accommodation! The Owners went above and beyond! Great hospitality, great coffee and beverage facilities, brilliant WiFi, the room was spotless and of a good size, it felt more like an apartment. The room we stayed in had two floors with a bed upstairs too. The location of the sleep hotel was amazing. The sleep hotel is within walking distance to the town centre. There are lots of restaurants nearby and coffee shops. The owners even left us a box of chocolates and a card as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything during our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

There was nothing to like.

The room was very clean and well equipped and the additional snacks were such a lovely personal touch. They even left us some cocktails as a treat after I happened to mention we were celebrating an anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed in a very central location, just minutes from the town and the beach.

As the ceilings were high, the sound travelled and it was quite noisy at night with others coming in and talking in the corridor outside our room. You could also hear the water pipes whenever a tap was ran or toilet was flushed, so would probably recommend ear plugs

I loved the quirkiness of the building, the decor and the complimentary snacks and hot drinks. The location was ideal as I was spending the weekend pottering about the town and along the seafront which were both a short walk away. Whilst there are no staff on site the place felt safe and secure, and the customer service on the phone was exceptional when i needed to check in. I particularly appreciated them arranging the safe-keeping of my bags after check out, and little touches - like making sure the temperature of the room was just right upon arrival. The log-in free Netflix/smart TV access was a bonus, and I loved the sleep spray!

My only critiques would be that I couldn't control the temperature of the heating in the small bathroom within my room (it always seemed to be on the chilly side) and the shower didn't get hot enough for my liking. I also would have loved some gluten-free snack options (but I appreciate this was a gesture rather than a given!) Lastly, I would have loved a desk in the room but again, that's just desirable as I was doing some writing during my stay.

Loved the simplicity of the room, the decor was bright and easy and it was all super clean. Blinds were great to support sleep and if wasn't for the beeping from the pedestrian crossing I think I would have slept to my alarm.

Room was fantastic but a couple of little issues. 1. Taps in the bathroom are both industrial valves which aside from both being blue (rather than one denoting colour for hot/cold) they were difficult to turn on/off. 2. Clothes rail only suitable for shirt/coats as full length dress dragged on the floor. Ended up hanging dress on the shower rail. 3. Small lights clipped to the bed didn't seem to work and 4. No plug or obvious usb near the bed to charge my phone.

I arrived half an hour early, I phoned the number sent to me with the check in details and spoke to Andy . I asked if I could check in earlier he remotely changed the key pad on the front door and my room so I could get in. (Thanks Andy) The room was comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee area downstairs was well stocked , clean and had a good selection. The room felt cold so I phoned Andy again and he remotely changed the settings and increased the temperature. Good location at the top of the high street it's easy to access the shops, public transport and the beach front. The hotel was quiet didn't hear any other people and I think it was fully booked the night I was there.

As mentioned there is an area to get a drink but it would be better to have a kettle in the room. I didn't really like carrying hot cups of tea through the building and up the stairs. The shower in the room was too Hot and it could not be turned down. Saying the above, I would stay here again for one night whilst working in the area.

I can’t thank Andy at Sleep Hotel enough This was an emergency accommodation needed: having returned from holiday on a delayed flight, finally arriving at home at 1.45am to find our key safe wouldn’t open, leaving us stranded outside in the middle of the night with all our luggage. We urgently needed somewhere warm, dry and safe to stay until morning. We called Sleep hotel on suggestion of the cab driver who was driving us about trying to find somewhere. We had already tried two other well known chain hotels on Worthing seafront who, despite having rooms available, refused to let us stay because we hadn’t booked online before 12pm that day. Quite ridiculous as I could not have known this was going to happen and planned ahead! Despite the lateness, well past 2am by now, a very helpful gentleman (Andy) from Sleep Hotel answered our call and saved the day. Accessed the hotel by a code and in the hotel room within minutes. Superb, kind, patient and empathetic service, really outstanding. The room was very clean and modern, and had everything you might need. A very comfortable bed and a much needed few hours sleep was had. I would give ten stars for the service and kindness shown in a very stressful situation. Thank you so much.

The team at the Sleep Hotel was fantastic. We booked two double rooms and they were cosy. Couldn't get enough of the scent they used and was pleased to see it was from a local brand. Always warms my heart to see local/independent establishments supporting one another! The refreshment room (with unlimited coffee) was the cherry on top.

None, though if I were to nitpick the shower curtains (although cute) were a bit short so the shower floor got a bit wet. But absolutely not a deal-breaker and I will be staying again if ever I need a hotel in the area.
