Excelent location, in central Brighton where you can find everything. Although the property is located on central area, it is in a quiet street. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. It is located on the main square (Churcill Square, in front of the main mall), 10 minutes walking from the sea, same amount of time from train station, and the lanes. Really easy to reach out the property. All the front-desk men were amazing as well as the maintanance staff. Welcome snacks. Coffee, tea, and laundry soap available all the time. Laundry machine inside the apartament. Very clean and new apartament. Not cheap, but you pay what it worths, considering other famous hotels (and its locations).

Just 2 observations: some front desk women were not as welcome as the men, but not too bad either. The bin that I asked to be taken were partially taken (the kitchen bin were still there everyday). No big deal thinking about all the cons.

Location was great and the apartments are lovely and homely.

There were no warnings about height restrictions for vehicles in the discounted parking when booking my stay (my car is SUV size and didn't fit) and Brighton has VERY expensive parking. So I ended up paying around £250 just on parking throughout my stay. If I had known beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else.

Really enjoyed our stay but I didn’t have the best first night- The balcony was basically on the pavement level and it was really noisy- you could hear people outside having fag breaks (not from the hotel) + the bin people. It didn’t feel private at all. I would have rather not had a balcony at all and had better sound proofing. I was playing music really quietly at 11.30pm and got told to turn it down which is totally fine because of the time but I was playing it no louder than a tv so the soundproofing was a bit of an issue. Everything else was really great though. Very lean on coffee/tea/sugar etc. I just had to buy loads more.

Actually, I do like everything of this place. It was such a correct decision for us to choose Aparthotel for our time in Brighton. The room is spacious, we can open all our luggages wide open at the same time. The bathroom is also spacious compare to other places with a very strong water pressure. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Bed and pillow also super comfy. The location is in the mid of everything and the sightseeing places are all walkable.

Some street in Brighton might be a little confusing. Our city transfer van driver got confuse with all the 'no turn right' sign.

Very contemporary and well designed small apartment. Location is great, near enough to the centre and bus concourse and station but really quiet, especially my room at the back. Everything in the room is in good condition and useful, remote switch for blackout curtains was so clever. Fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc all available if you wanted them. Safe, iron, hairdryer all in wardrobe. Staff all professional and friendly. Some interesting contemporary art work on the walls appealed to me as well.

I’m only 5 feet 1 inch tall and couldn’t reach the top cupboards in the kitchen section. A small portable step would go a long way! Also, the automatic bathroom light which stuns you into alertness if you use the bathroom middle of the night.

The place was smack bang in the centre of the shopping centre. Around 5 - 10 mins walk from the beach. It was warm, clean and fully equipped to self catering a week in Brighton. The sofa was not very comfortable but we managed to make ourselves comfy on the bed which was very nice! There was an issue where the staff had to enter our room briefly but they gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. Also on Xmas day they gave us some complimentary chocolate which was delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was stylish and clean.

Parking. We were lucky as we have a disabled badge and there was a disabled parking spot right outside the hotel but if you are looking to go make sure you plan your parking. There is no where to store any food you buy. The cupboard space is all filled with items you need (cups plates etc) so if you're not putting it in the fridge it's left on the top. Other than this, we loved this place and would definitely use here again!

The front desk staff were brilliant helpful friendly and informative Apartment was very clean a good size and well equipped Linen clean and fresh location was excellent close to all the shops restaurants and shopping mall

Trying to get to the apartment by car The council have just changed the road access so this means it's actually impossible to drive a private car to the apartment block between the hours of 8am to 8pm it's all Bus Taxis Bike lanes around the apartment block ....you need to be very careful not to get fined This of course is a problem that is out of the apartment owners control Parking in the suggested car park with discount works well and it's only a short walk to the car park.

I liked having our own facilities, being able to come and go like a private apartment but having the added bonus of dropping our luggage when we arrived way too early for check in. We had the option of leaving our luggage too on the day we checked out if we needed to. Bed was very comfortable, decent pillows also. All the small bits were there for us, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and toiletries. All the products seemed to be eco brand/sustainably sourced too, which was good to see. Clear and simple instructions left in room, which outlined how to use all the appliances.

Scrupulously clean. Has a lovely walk-in shower which didn't leak everywhere. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was very well equipped with instructions on how to use them. Located close to a shopping mall, walking distance to the railway station, the beach, the Royal Pavilion and the Lanes.

No air conditioning but a ceiling fan and a mobile fan and a balcony. They could provide better instructions for the oven as the symbols are not intuitive. Recycling for waste food but not for materials e.g. paper, cardboard.....but these are just minor niggles!

Best described as a studio apartment. Large, very comfortable, double bed, couch, huge tv, desk and chair, en-suite, balcony with table and two chairs with a glimpse of the sea and a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need to make breakfast and simple meals. Situated right in the middle of Brighton, walking distance to The Lanes, shopping precincts, supermarkets and the beach but at the end of a culdesac so very peaceful. Would absolutely choose here again if we return to Brighton.

Absolutely nothing about the apartment but no one warned us how atrocious Brighton is for traffic and parking. An absolute nightmare.
