The staff here were the highlight, they helped in any way possible and were always polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The location was great too, found it easy to find my way around town.

The room was just a bit oddly laid out/ decorated.

It was in a great location; everything you would want or need was within walking distance. I have left a list below. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Twice they brought my Uber Eats delivery to my room—no hotel has ever done that for me before! I asked for more towels and toiletries and got them within minutes. The room itself was good and somewhat quirky (in a good way!). Lovely power shower. TV with a nice selection. Mini fridge, too. Pretty much everything you would need. Comfortable bed and pillows. No cards or keys needed; you get a code to access your room, which was easier. The room was also very clean and tidy. There are loads of bars, shops, and restaurants around, but no bother, no noise, no ASB. Bits of the room were slightly shabby, just wear and tear from age, but nothing major.

Large room with loads of natural light. Spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed. Fridge and tea and coffee in room. Self serve laundry on the GF was a life saver plus a cupboard where we could access extra coffee pods or loo paper rolls and towels if needed. Stylish, and a nice place to hang out after all the amazing vintage shopping, bars and restaurants right on the door step

Some people will find it odd that there is no daily room service. But for a short stay this was fine. For a longer stay fresh tea cups and glasses would be great and waste disposal but you can always send a whatsapp request for a room refresh which is perfect.

The check-in was more than simple with a lovely room waiting for me. The chosen furniture and colours are modern without making it an impersonal room. I really loved the fact that some basic needs for staying in a studio were already covered: water, coffee, milk, salt & pepper, washing-up liquid….I do have a dust allergy and based on that I can say that the bedding must be either quite new or well taken care of because normally I struggle quite a lot with my allergy in hotel rooms. As it’s right in the centre of Brighton, everything is just a few steps away with a Tesco Express on the other side of the road to cover your needs.

The apartment room is a good size & the fridge & microwave are really useful The place is very new , everything works & is spotlessly clean The location is great, right in the centre of town so very easy to walk to everything you want

There were a few tiny things which could have been better Despite a very small window, the curtains don't cover it, so it's very light. Bring a eye mask The bed is very soft, which is obviously a matter of preference My room was right by the lifts & so there was a lot of noise from other guests coming back late at night. Thankfully I had brought earplugs.

Whattsapp and meail communication was good. Access was easy, location was good. Design, quality and cleanliness of room was very good. Loved that a coffeee pod machine with pods was included. Bed very comfortable, bathroom excellent. The hotel is in the heart of Brighton nightlife but the room was very quiet although we did have a central bedroom looking into a large lightwell, I'm not sure how quiet it would be if we had a room facing the street outside.

No parking or discount for local public parking (Premier Inn provide discount codes) which is important when travelling to hotel by car - it becomes a significant additional cost that needs to be taken into considetaion when comparing other accomodations options. Minor point - the TV volme could not be turned below 10 which felt a bit loud late night / early morning

We absolutely love this hotel. Couldve stayed longer. Great staff, great rooms with a futuristic feel. My only negative thing would be that i think the cleaners need to be spoken to about taking more care into dusting the wardrobe cupboards as i put my clothes in them and when i went to take them out they were full of dust. also we had a drink at the funk bar. The glasses were all smeary and looked a little overused could do with a little replenishment of glassware. BUT saying those 2 minor things our stay was amazing and we will be returning

Close to the Brighton Dome where I was seeing a band over two nights. Close to North Laine and the Lanes and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Subsidised café next door was excellent for breakfast too. Liked the easy to use PIN entry.

The only thing I didn’t like (and this is VERY picky) was the Dualit/Nespresso coffee machine. While it’s nice to have a coffee machine at all, these machines never produce a decent cup of coffee. The Bosch Tassimo system is MUCH better, gives a hearty cup of coffee, the machines are cheaper and the pods are recyclable!

The hotel is in a fabulous location, a short walk to the Brighton Dome and the lanes and about a 5-8 minute walk to the pier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had booked parking with the hotel and we arrived earlier than planned. The hotel receptionist didn't hesitate to give us the barrier code for the car park and allowed to leave our bags in a safe room by reception as we were too early to check in. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. There is a safe to put valuables in which is free of charge. Coffee and tea facilities and a mini fridge. everything about our stay was fantastic, we will definitely be back.

Attractive contemporary decor, and nice and quiet (I have a room that looked onto a lightwell). Having lockers available for guests is really brilliant. The location is very central; an easy walk from the station and perfectly situated for shopping around North Laine.

The A/C unit was a bit noisy. The vanity mirror in the bathroom was too far from where you stand at the sink to be able to see properly to do make-up, and the full length mirror in the room had terrible lighting, so no good for make-up either! Also no USB plug sockets which surprised me for a contemporary hotel room.
