Location was great and the apartments are lovely and homely.

There were no warnings about height restrictions for vehicles in the discounted parking when booking my stay (my car is SUV size and didn't fit) and Brighton has VERY expensive parking. So I ended up paying around £250 just on parking throughout my stay. If I had known beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else.

Very contemporary and well designed small apartment. Location is great, near enough to the centre and bus concourse and station but really quiet, especially my room at the back. Everything in the room is in good condition and useful, remote switch for blackout curtains was so clever. Fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc all available if you wanted them. Safe, iron, hairdryer all in wardrobe. Staff all professional and friendly. Some interesting contemporary art work on the walls appealed to me as well.

I’m only 5 feet 1 inch tall and couldn’t reach the top cupboards in the kitchen section. A small portable step would go a long way! Also, the automatic bathroom light which stuns you into alertness if you use the bathroom middle of the night.

The place was smack bang in the centre of the shopping centre. Around 5 - 10 mins walk from the beach. It was warm, clean and fully equipped to self catering a week in Brighton. The sofa was not very comfortable but we managed to make ourselves comfy on the bed which was very nice! There was an issue where the staff had to enter our room briefly but they gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. Also on Xmas day they gave us some complimentary chocolate which was delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was stylish and clean.

Parking. We were lucky as we have a disabled badge and there was a disabled parking spot right outside the hotel but if you are looking to go make sure you plan your parking. There is no where to store any food you buy. The cupboard space is all filled with items you need (cups plates etc) so if you're not putting it in the fridge it's left on the top. Other than this, we loved this place and would definitely use here again!

The front desk staff were brilliant helpful friendly and informative Apartment was very clean a good size and well equipped Linen clean and fresh location was excellent close to all the shops restaurants and shopping mall

Trying to get to the apartment by car The council have just changed the road access so this means it's actually impossible to drive a private car to the apartment block between the hours of 8am to 8pm it's all Bus Taxis Bike lanes around the apartment block ....you need to be very careful not to get fined This of course is a problem that is out of the apartment owners control Parking in the suggested car park with discount works well and it's only a short walk to the car park.

I liked having our own facilities, being able to come and go like a private apartment but having the added bonus of dropping our luggage when we arrived way too early for check in. We had the option of leaving our luggage too on the day we checked out if we needed to. Bed was very comfortable, decent pillows also. All the small bits were there for us, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and toiletries. All the products seemed to be eco brand/sustainably sourced too, which was good to see. Clear and simple instructions left in room, which outlined how to use all the appliances.

Best described as a studio apartment. Large, very comfortable, double bed, couch, huge tv, desk and chair, en-suite, balcony with table and two chairs with a glimpse of the sea and a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need to make breakfast and simple meals. Situated right in the middle of Brighton, walking distance to The Lanes, shopping precincts, supermarkets and the beach but at the end of a culdesac so very peaceful. Would absolutely choose here again if we return to Brighton.

Absolutely nothing about the apartment but no one warned us how atrocious Brighton is for traffic and parking. An absolute nightmare.

The feature of visiting Brighton even for a few days is to either party and enjoy the pub life with friends and find some food scene that is rated at least 3 star. Or enjoy the solitude and photo style vacation with the pebble beach and village design that resembles a film set for a movie. Overall one hour ride from London with a price tag of around 46 GB roundtrip is a little pricey but thats the cost of travel in the UK.

Some of the properties need more care and attention to make a welcoming experience. "Q" does it most professionally . Better than AIR BnB and on par with AIR HOST I did notice that after the busy-season, businesses started to refit their front face of their businesses spending more money , fixing up the buildings tired and sad frontage.

What breakfast? Easily put my own together in no time. Location good, a little steep out front if walking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All lino floor in the non sleeping area with no rugs and this area quickly became dusty and unpleasant to walk on in bare feet. Need full size soft dust mop so can frequently and quickly run over lino when necessary. Problem with taxi pick-up service in that one driver tried to charge £18 for trip to Brighton Station - should have been £6. Have still not received refund of deposit.

This is great value for the location, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the sea front. The receptionists were very friendly and checking in and checking out were efficient. The room was spacious and quiet, with a view over the churchyard at the back. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay including coffee pods.

The room felt a bit stuffy, even after we turned off the air conditioning, so we ended up keeping a window open at night. Other than that we were very happy and would stay here again.

Nice, clean apartment. Well supplied. I love the walk-in shower and that there's a elevator. Bed is comfortable.

Mostly good, but would suggest replacing some equipment in kitchen with smaller items more suitable for cooking for 1-2 people. Pots and pans and baking dishes were more suitable for a large family. Also, can you somehow insulate the two tvs? If you used the remote to turn on one, it always turned on both.
