Very near the seafront and very comfortable

The complicated system to open the front door. Please make it clear to future guests that they need to place the palm of their hand over the tiny screen on the front door. When you do this the screen lights up with numbers which then enables you to enter the code. The windows in my ground floor room had to be covered with curtains 24 hours a day. Otherwise passers by could see into the room. This made it very dark and gloomy in the daytime. Please find another way to make the windows opaque.

Good location, close to train station, bars, restaurants and sea/beach. Easy access to the property, self check-in, all entry codes were sent on time, smooth payment. The room is not super modern but it's a good value for money. When we arrived, there was no heating in the room probably because of the fault of the radiator, but someone came to check it and we got an electric heater about 5 mins after we informed the owner so it was very quick solution.

During the night (around midnight) some manager came to check if we paid for the room as he could not see this in the system ?!? It was quick but still quite uncomfortable situation.

The location was great! and actually my room was clean, spacious, comfertable and once you figured out that you need to pay before you get the codes to the door then it was not a bad experience.

The whole pay by text messaging and link experience. If you want a complete remote checkin and pre payment hotel then be honest on your booking description and dont confirm this after booking. Also you have nobody to talk to if the room is wrong or there is and accident or you need to discuss something. Really bad customer experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – the service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

staff so friendly, great view large room and lovely and warm. the bedding was super clean , it was all brand new. hand wash shampoo bath gel i did not expect this for the price clean towels.

the only thing i would say, is the bed had no mattress protector on, i would suggest putting one on. There were no marks on it so its best to protect it.

The keypad on the main door was a bit temperamental, so much so that someone was locked out one evening!

Clean ensuite room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. TV. Location near to sea front. easy check in. Helpfull host
