Good location, close to train station, bars, restaurants and sea/beach. Easy access to the property, self check-in, all entry codes were sent on time, smooth payment. The room is not super modern but it's a good value for money. When we arrived, there was no heating in the room probably because of the fault of the radiator, but someone came to check it and we got an electric heater about 5 mins after we informed the owner so it was very quick solution.

During the night (around midnight) some manager came to check if we paid for the room as he could not see this in the system ?!? It was quick but still quite uncomfortable situation.

The location was great! and actually my room was clean, spacious, comfertable and once you figured out that you need to pay before you get the codes to the door then it was not a bad experience.

The whole pay by text messaging and link experience. If you want a complete remote checkin and pre payment hotel then be honest on your booking description and dont confirm this after booking. Also you have nobody to talk to if the room is wrong or there is and accident or you need to discuss something. Really bad customer experience!

staff so friendly, great view large room and lovely and warm. the bedding was super clean , it was all brand new. hand wash shampoo bath gel i did not expect this for the price clean towels.

the only thing i would say, is the bed had no mattress protector on, i would suggest putting one on. There were no marks on it so its best to protect it.

The location was great 2 mins from everything. You could come and go at ease.

No parking cost a fortune £28 a night. Wasn't enough milk? Sugar did request more but never got any. Our rooms were separate from friends. Shower temperature was too hot. Leads unsafe in room, kettle had to be put on the floor to plug in. Rooms not warm.

Price was reasonable. Bed was comfy. Location is great.

It was great only small issue is the shower did not do hot and remained freezing so it couldn't be used

Great value, fair size room with private bathroom. The cleaners were so nice and helped us by showing how to use the door lock.

The owner said we could check in early then said this wouldn't be possible then didn't ask the cleaners tk do pur room first. Also we couldn't get in amd noone answered the multiple calls we made. If you are not going to be on site you need to answer the phone.

Self door codes were promised to be sent a day before check in, after my phone call they said that codes will be sent in the morning 6 hours before check in, I called them 2 hours before - nothing... I got the door codes after calling them for the 4th time and spent half an hour on a street in front of the hotel. Too much stress... The room was scruffy looking, with dirty carpets, but the beds were very comfy

Was exactly where we needed to be and cheap

The bathroom and carpet weren’t great but for price you pay not end of the world for 1 night ,the wait to get in was annoying in the rain
