The location is very central — just a short walk to the seafront, the i360 tower, and nearby supermarkets, pubs, and cafés. There’s also a beautiful park next door which was a lovely bonus. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed for 15 Days. Clean room, comfortably bed. Great shower! Even a fridge and fold away desk, table. Room service changed towels, shower mat , bedding etc. emptied waste bin and renewed toilet paper etc. Even electric curtains ! Doubt if there is anything in Brighton for that standard at that price. I will stay there next year on my visit from Sweden!!

Property very secure & it was always easy to use the electronic card key . Fantastic shower. No toilet problems at all and entire room very clean. The manager never seemed to be off duty & always happily available for any questions or request I had. His attitude was always five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was on the ground floor and at first was a problem w/other guests forcing or slamming front door so I mentioned this to manager who immediately put a note on the inside of the door asking guests to please not slam or force door as it shuts perfectly tight on its own. No more problem after that. Literally solved 100% within minutes.

Late check-in, comfortable clean room, good shower pressure/temperature, central location but quiet area, green space just outside, close to shops and sea, easy fob access, kettle in room.

No major complaints, room was at top of stairs and taking baggage up/down was a bit tough so bear in mind for accessibility issues.

Location was perfect, 15 mins walk from train station, 2 min walk to the beach and about 15 walk to the pier. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful, price was great value for the location and what we got. Definitely highly recommend

Very modern and up to date hotel. Very clean. Decent bathrooms. Love the key fobs helps when you have had a drink haha. Hotel is in perfect spot for brighton. Car park to right NCP car park. Very useful spot with high street two roads up from hotel

Wish id asked the host about the shower, i couldnt see the drain and was scared of flodding the room at 2am. This is my fault and NOT the hotels or the owners. Enjoyable stay!

Location was great. Near all transport Links. Shopping. Clean.

Telephone wasn't programed so I couldn't get any channels. Was only able to get a staff member if you called them.

you call it motel when it should be hotel it’s to to nice to be called a motel. owner and cleaners make it to homely to be called a motel 100% change name you guys deserve it.

There’re two building of the property, We got a room in a renovating one and despite the outside of the room that’s not finished renovating (we totally understand) the room and everything is super brand new, the bed is very comfortable, it’s located in the centre of Brighton city but during our stay it was very peaceful (might be because of the good sound proofing) And the staff He’s very friendly and kind, everything was lovely
