I booked a single room as I was travelling for work, and I was so pleased to find that I had a spacious double room when I got there. It was at the top of the building, so plenty of stairs, but it was nice and peaceful up there. Everything was super clean and tea and coffee were provided. The shower was really spacious and powerful, which was lovely after my long journey. The bathroom was immaculate too, which was great! I had a very nice breakfast on both mornings and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

It is an old building, so there isn't double glazing, which meant that I heard someone shouting in the street at one point. This really wasn't much of a problem for me.

Very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and very helpful. He was happy to help with directions and ordered a taxi for us. The room was a decent size with very comfortable beds. The bedding and towels were of a good quality and nice and clean. The heating in the room was very good as there was storm Darragh the weekend we were there. The breakfast room looked nice but we didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.The bathroom was nice with a very good shower and plenty of hot water. Nice kettle in the room with plenty of tea coffee and milk. It is in a very good location central to everything. Would happily stay there again.

It is 2 minutes to the sea. The room was comfortable with a kettle and tea, coffee etc. A fan. Supberb wifi. A large TV. Desk, wardrobe and a really nice bathroom with a good sized shower and plentiful hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The single room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift and narrow stairs, especially up the last part. I did not want the breakfast so cannot judge, but 8.30am would have been too late for me. There are typical Brighton parking issues. I managed to find and pay in advance for a car park for the 3 days, but it was expensive.

Very good value for money, water pressure in the shower was very good, I liked that the window opened properly as it was nice to have fresh air in my room in the morning. The room felt very cozy in the evening, I appreciated that there was a lamp and a small reading light above the bed, and plenty of tea coffee and milk sachets. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that there was a hair dryer, several mirrors, and a smart telly that included apps like Netflix and Prime, in my opinion better value for money then a Premier Inn or a Travelodge, and with much more character and charm., This guest house is located very close to the sea front as well as shops and restaurants. I had a very comfortable and peaceful nights sleep, the staff were very friendly and offered to help carry my bags up to my room, overall I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I'd like to visit again in the summer time permitting :)

I would have liked a mug in my room for tea, but in the end I was pretty happy using the paper cups.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I was greeted so warmly when I arrived. My room was very clean and larger than I expected. The bathroom was modern and everything I needed in working order.The location is superb. I was minutes from the beach and the Brighton Centre where my daughter was graduating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Lovely staff.

There wasn't anything to complain about while I was there.

A small, quiet and beautifully maintained guest house; breakfast personally cooked and served. The location is central, the facilities modern and more than sufficient for the guest; staff are friendly and obliging. Prices are very competitive. Superb choice for a holiday stay or an overnight when travelling.

The accommodation offered everything I needed. No complaints.

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced for the amount you get and you can ask for more! Staff very kind and friendly and helpful to requests from my kids (9 and 8).

The stairs were a bit of a challenge with our big case on check in and check out - we managed - but some people might struggle.

Breakfast was nice and location was good very close to Brighton i360. Room was good side. Bathroom clean and a few complimentary shower and washing stuff. Nice having a TV that works as well. Nice tea and coffee station as well. Lovely owners.

Bed was slightly on the firm side. Pillows could have done with an extra one, but I didnt ask for another one. Windows didnt stay open but I never told staff to rectify which they would have assisted.

I was completely surprised at how nice this place was. I had stayed in a hotel the night before that was twice as expensive and Andorra was nicer than the hotel. The recent renovations make this a great place and I rarely heard noise from the other rooms. I have stayed at similarly priced lodgings in Brighton before that I could not wait to get out of in the morning--disgusting places that charge this amount. This place is a steal at this price. Andorra is clean, comfortable, well appointed. I saw a review in which someone complained of rattling windows. There is no rattle if you adjust the brass knob at the top of the window, which I was delighted to discover. Just a little thing that shows they care about your rest. The curtains make this feel like a luxury place and the desk was comfortable for working. I had room to do yoga in the morning. I was quite pleased with this place and the friendly staff.

The sink was pretty small. It was fine for use but trying to spit into the sink and not bump my head on the shelf was a feat. So I used a cup. :) The price I paid was well worth this minor issue.

The proprietors were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. My room was a good size and comfortable, with a pleasant view over the street. It was quite quiet and felt safe late at night. It was a short walk (about 7 minutes) from the Brighton Centre, so very convenient for my conference. Just off the 'front', it was easy to find. Breakfast was good and reasonably price, served promptly.

The bed was a little too firm for me but it's all a matter of taste.
