The hotel was in a lovely location. The staff really went above and beyond when we had a couple of hiccups and sorted this quickly. They were so accommodating and made a fuss of our beagle. Our room in the end was beautiful and clean. Spa was lovely, the ladies that cleaned our rooms were always super smiley and helpful. Ideal location for exploring Brighton, lovely bar hotel also with equally lovely staff.

Our first room the air con was broken and fans were useless it was like an oven. Our dog was panting and it wasn't the best start to the stay but we were moved rooms by the next day. Communication could have been better also as birthday and dog accommodations weren't there when we arrived which ruined the sparkle a bit but like I say the reception staff were quick onto it. Also a shame that the sauna was out of action our entire stay. Parking is a real issue but we paid for a local space on just park and were able to pull out car out front to load/unload.

Wonderful property: Room was a good size withe excellent on-suite, and free welcoming decanter of gin (& tonic) The hotel also offered sauna, steam room, small swimming pool, & hot tub - which were very well maintained and offered a great way to wind down in the late afternoon. The hotel location was perfect: Right by the sea front and easy walk to The Lanes offering a wide range of cafes, restaurants and art/craft/jewellery shops. The staff were very helpful, in particular the female staff managing reception at checking-in/out (3pm 20th / ~11am 23rd March). She went out of her way to ensure we had access to full facilities, as well as setting-up a special room booking to help me with an unplanned business call - many thanks, very much appreciated!

GREAT LOCATION... CLOSE TO THE STATION... RIGHT ON THE BEACH CLOSE ... TO ALL THE TOURISTY THINGS TO DO... GREAT LUXURY ... COFFEE POD MAKER IN THE ROOM... SHUTTERED WINDOWS... AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE BED... EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF... GOOD FOOD IN THE RESTA\URANT IF YOU FANCY A TREAT NIGHT. THE FOOD WAS GREAT QUALITY... THE DUCK BREASTS WAS COOKED BEAUTIFULLY... . AND THE SPA ... WOW JUST LOVELY.

IM A LITTLE ROTUND... AND THE BATH ROBES PROVIDED DIDNT FIT..... AND THE ONE IN MY ROOM HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS... HOWEVER... AS I TOOK MY OWN AND DIDNT INTEND TO WEAR IT IT WASNT A PROBLEM... IF ID MENTIONED IT TO THE WONDERFUL TEAM ON RECEPTION IM SUR E THEY WOULD HAVE CHANGED IT ANYWAY.

Incredible location. Room was spotless, complimentary gin in the room was a nice touch. Bed was extremely comfy, didn’t want to get up. Air con was good, and the room was very quiet despite the busy street outside. Bottled water and milk for coffee machine provided, as well as iron and hair dryer so we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

TV wouldn’t allow us to sign into any apps due to no internet - even though it said the tv was connected. Pump for the conditioner in the bathroom didn’t work and as it was attached to the wall it was unable to be used. Hottest temperature on the bath wasn’t very hot, so the bath wasn’t as hot and therefore nice as it could have been. Robes provided were not size inclusive so we were unable to use. We arrived a little early and asked if there was any chance of early check in, and were bluntly told by reception “you were told check in is 3?” which felt a little blunt and rude. Sometimes we were left waiting a long time for the lift, due to it being so small and slow.

The hotel is in a good location, a minutes walk from the beach. The room was a good price for location and see views. Staff were helpful. The cocktails were good in the bar. Breakfast was good as well.

The only let down (a little) was the room. It was a lovely room, but just a little worn down... which could be why the room was £150 for the night? The room just needed a little more love, and especially the windows... as we had a sea view, but it was through unclean/misty windows. Cleaned on the outside (as we found out at 8.30am in the morning... all I can say is, luckily the curtains were closed!) but not on the inside (double glazing).

The staff were super friendly in every part of this hotel; from the reception desk, to the bar, the restaurant- we didn't use the spa. The room was spotless and we even got complimentary Gin. There was a mini bar service in the room as well which was a nice touch. The drinks in the bar were lovely. I asked the bartender for a recommendation and he really took the time to find out what type of drinks I usually like so he could recommend a drink that he thought i would actually like and i loved the drink! The coffee's are really nice as well. The reception staff really took time to make sure we felt welcomed and that we had all the information we would need for our stay and in the hotel room there is a QR code so you can contact them via WhatsApp which is handy to have. Overall a fantastic experience and I am thinking of booking again!

There is a lift but if you require a wheelchair it most likely wouldn't fit in the door as the doors seemed quite narrow.

My partner and I said as a birthday getaway, the main reason we choose this hotel in particular was for the spa facilities as well as easy to get to. Upon the arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who checked us in, they advised us we had robes and slipper to visit the spa in all complimentary. The kind gentleman who checked us in advised us on how to report any problems during our stay. The room was clean and cosy, the bed was so comfortable I wish I stayed for a week. We used the spa facilities which were busy however there was room for everyone and the other guests were friendly. Ok checking out we was greeted by a lovely woman who checked we were satisfied with our stay and advised we could leave out bags whilst exploring some of Brighton. I would 100% visit the Brighton resort again x

Excellent location and well presented room. We specifically wanted a room with a sea view, and the one we were allocated was ideal. The room was very comfortable, with little added extras like fresh bottled water daily and binoculars, to look out to sea. We didn’t use the spa - that wasn’t our reason for booking this hotel.

Having a front room overlooking the sea means you also hear the noise of the nightclub next door if staying over a weekend. However, we were aware of this before we booked and it didn’t spoil our stay. One suggestion though is to have the windows cleaned more often, the view deserves cleaner windows!

Location was great, customer service was great, room was good (our outside view could have been better), spa was good (just a bit busy, so couldn't use all the facilities). It was our anniversary and the team gave us a complimentary drink and strawberries in the room. We also liked the complimentary gin. We had the continental breakfast which was great. Overall a great experience.

Great location and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and the food at dinner was delicious.

Breakfast was disappointing. Understaffed and had to wait over half an hour for the buffet to be replenished. Lots of empty plates/bowls and I had to ask when more food was being brought out. Did also not get coffee until I asked for it and lots of uncleared tables. Would not have bothered had I known. £12pp was not great value and I would have got better service and food elsewhere. A real shame and a complete contrast to our dinner experience the previous evening.
