The way the studio is laid out is superb. Really clever use of nooks to include everything you need without taking up space. It was in a very central location close to venues, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Really easy check in and out process.

Only thing that could be better would be if they added some towel hooks to hang up your towel. It does get noisy at night because of its central location and the old windows (old building standard problem), but it didn’t bother us too much.

Brilliant location, great facilities, nice decor, fab lights, well chosen fixtures making excellent use of the space.

Everything was great but, as you’d expect in a city, Brighton is noisy at night. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. The windows are old, single pane, sash style, and the catches broken, so we couldn’t shut them properly. It’s possible if these were replaced/repaired it may have reduced the noise. Having said that, planning laws might restrict the type of window allowed in that area.

The apartment is very well located, it is beautiful and has everything you may need. The hosts are very aware of any need you have, they are very friendly and they respond quickly. The decoration is very elegant and the kitchen utensils very suitable. The towels are perfect (I kept the brand name to buy them), the bedding is warm, the wifi works very well, the bed is very comfortable (like a hotel). .....and Brighton was perfect with snow

I would have loved to have been able to buy the apartment from them, because I really fell in love with it... hahaha!!! I can't say anything negative, everything has been perfect.

Location was excellent and the room had everything needed for a short stay. Easy, no fuss access to the property.very close to the beach and all the shopping.

It doesn’t seem fair to say, but unfortunately the noise of the streets below and an alarm from the shop opposite could be heard all night as if the window was open, when it wasn’t.

Great location. Very clean and really comfortable bed. Everything to cook if you want to, but with a gazillion bars and restaurants nearby you probably won’t want to!

Just to note the bathroom fan needs replacing as it’s noisy.

Location was very convenient, with lots of restaurants, stores, and the Royal Pavilion gardens and museums nearby. We were a block from the beach and three blocks from Brighton Pier and the HOHO bus. Everything was functional and clean. Bay windows gave a good view and breeze. Hosts were super-responsive with great communication.

Great location during the day, but there were lots of drunken revelers at all hours. If we had earplugs it would have been better.

Its a fantastic location, and super central so if you take ear plugs for the late late evening on a weekend when people walk past you’ll have a great stay! Quiet during the day.

Would benefit from blackout blinds on the front windows . And a toilet seat that was soft close and stayed up !!

Location was great. Easy access to shopping disctrict and to beach and main sites. Very tastefully decorated studio apartment with everything you need. Well designed to maximise on space available.

The location couldn’t be more perfect / central and the property had everything you could need.

We stayed for a week and it’s a little small for two people staying that long. I imagine it suits a 2-3 day stay more
