We loved the location and the looks of the place. It's incredibly close to the lanes and I would say is great value for money.

The only thing I didn't like is that we got changed 100 pounds for a call out. We left the keys inside, and called them to ask whether there was some place where we could pick up the keys and then give them back, they said, someone from their security team would take the keys and open for us. When they arrived it turned out the keys were in a key lock box next to the door of the property. I understand the call out charge is stated on the terms and conditions and that it was our fault for leaving the keys inside. But it felt a bit cheeky to charge a 100 pounds to send someone when they could have just given us the code to the lock box. Apart from that it was a great experience .

It was very clean, fully equipped, modern, pet friendly and a great location. Having the free parking space was also brilliant.

•The noise from the person upstairs and outside on the streets were so busy/loud until gone 3am each night. Not great if you are slightly older and need your sleep! •I think the small outside courtyard could be made to look a little nicer (paint the wall & put a couple of chairs out.) •lastly, I thought the non-refundable £95 pet charge on top of the near £800 I had already paid for 3 nights was a lot. Also the refundable £500 deposit that was temporarily taken was a little over the top too but I do understand why and it was returned to me within a few days.

Good location close to the Lanes, friendly person on phone when had minor issue on arrival re parking. Good value.

Beds weren't that comfy. There was a well equipped kitchen but no table and chairs where you could sit and eat food, just sofas which isn't the same.

Wonderful location, free parking, easy to check in, well furnished, very clean.

Washer dryer somehow kept shutting off and couldn’t dry our clothes. No shower head in the second toilet, ie can only use the bathtub.

Parking is easy and it is just 15 mins walk to the beach. The apartment is also very clean.

1) Did not feel quite comfortable paying GBP500 deposit to the landlord. 2) no place to hang the used towel in shower room
