Great location near train station. Hotel decor & environment is fresh, clean and vibrant. Staff are superb and very welcome & professional. Food in restaurant is pretty good for a chain hotel. Executive room was spacious and very comfortable, and had all amenities required. Was delighted to have a USB socket in the room as I forgot to bring a plug.

The orange juice at breakfast is ATROCIOUS, cheap & nasty diluted orange drink. Please provide real orange juice, it seems really mean to serve a cheap alternative and lets the breakfast down.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. From the check in point, where we arrived early and the member of staff was happy to keep our bags in a safe area. Our room was fantastic, clean and the attention to detail made us feel very welcomed. Every member of staff was very helpful. The lounge area and restaurant were modern, chic and had multiple areas for every member of the family. The location as well was brilliant as it was just 2 minutes away from the train station and outside the hotel, there were always taxis. Bus stops and other amenities were around 5 -10 minutes away and to go to the beach it took us no more than 10 minutes. We were very thrilled staying there and definitely we will be back in a near future time.

This is our first time here and we really enjoyed our stay and this will be our next destination every time we come to Brighton very comfortable bed clean rooms bathrooms toiletries enough towels toilet rolls coffee teas milk sugar kettle (mini bar) Tv perfect wifi the location is perfect on platform 8 of the train station and 15 minutes walk to the beach ,you also have taxis parked outside the hotel and parking it’s also very safe ,very nice breakfast variety of food and gluten free vegetarian options the hotel smells so nice there is outside terrace where you can enjoy your drinks on the ground floor area very well decorated modern the stuff at reception and breakfast are very welcoming we had little issue and Ilenia the duty manager that day solved it in a very professional way we really thank her so much as she made us feel so welcoming we will definitely come back here

Lots of shared spaces on the ground floor, very pleasantly decorated at the reception, bar, breakfast area, lots of seating areas. The room had plenty of clean, fresh towels. There are plenty of coffee and milk refills available for the room. The room was perfectly heated, the blackout curtains were fantastic and the room was quiet and very comfy so I had a great nights sleep.Yhe shower was great shower hot nd strong . Overall, it's a great spot, only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, taxis, restaurants, bars and shops

Toiletries were very poor. Pump on bottles poor. Making it very difficult to get enough procut to wash my hair. No conditioner provided.

My staying was perfect. Staff are super friendly, breakfast is good. Location is good. The only thing is that safety box should be provided in the room. We asked the reception for help and they offered a safety box next to the reception. Special thanks to ( Alex, Szlivi and off course simona ).

What a delightful stay! We got a tremendous deal fir two nights! We were very impressed with the overall comfort and decor of the hotel, the staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful. The bed was ultra comfy and we slept really well. The location was perfect! Close to everywhere we had planned to go. We decided to have the breakfast on our last morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, we will be back!

The lighting in the room was quite dark and dingy even with all the lamps on. It was difficult getting the shower gel etc out of the bottles. Not enough coat hangers. Not deal breakers but you did ask haaaa.

Clean and very nice room

Although we paid for breakfast, the lady when we checked in, said that we didn't have breakfast, then a polite gentleman next to her, when I showed him our booking, said its OK, we can give them vouchers, but she didn't look happy about it and didn't apologise, as it was not our mistake. Then in the morning, when we went for breakfast, the vouchers that we were given were for 4 people, so we had to wait for the man to go and ask. They did let us go at the end, but my boys, 3 teenagers, were not happy waiting and said come on let's go. Did stress us for no reason.

Be very careful not to drive to the front the hotel. We arrived late and it was heavy rain and after driving 3 hours to get there. I drove to the front of the hotel to drop my partner off so we didn’t have to walk in the rain with the cases from the carpark. It was too late when I noticed £100 fine for driving up the road. It’s for taxis only. Maybe the hotel could make it clear when you book. I just didn’t see the signs in the dark and pouring rain. Very expensive mistake. The key card wouldn’t work a few times. Had to keep going to find a cleaner to let us in or go back down to reception
