Great location near train station. Hotel decor & environment is fresh, clean and vibrant. Staff are superb and very welcome & professional. Food in restaurant is pretty good for a chain hotel. Executive room was spacious and very comfortable, and had all amenities required. Was delighted to have a USB socket in the room as I forgot to bring a plug.

The orange juice at breakfast is ATROCIOUS, cheap & nasty diluted orange drink. Please provide real orange juice, it seems really mean to serve a cheap alternative and lets the breakfast down.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. From the check in point, where we arrived early and the member of staff was happy to keep our bags in a safe area. Our room was fantastic, clean and the attention to detail made us feel very welcomed. Every member of staff was very helpful. The lounge area and restaurant were modern, chic and had multiple areas for every member of the family. The location as well was brilliant as it was just 2 minutes away from the train station and outside the hotel, there were always taxis. Bus stops and other amenities were around 5 -10 minutes away and to go to the beach it took us no more than 10 minutes. We were very thrilled staying there and definitely we will be back in a near future time.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely happy to engage with us. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Lovely showers. The breakfast selection was among the best I've seen. Well presented and hot. We ate in the restaurant twice and the meals were lovely. Once again, the waiting staff were chatty and helpful.

The only problem I had was that the comfortable seats in the reception/bar area were all very low. I have poor mobility in my knees and only had the option of standing, sitting at the dining tables or perching on the arms of the chairs. A few higher, comfy seats would have been lovely. The heating/air con was difficult to work out -the room was a little cold in the evening. Drinks were a bit pricey.

Great location & big room, good selection at breakfast and extra servings of food items put out quickly if busy. Staff were helpful & used the evening restaurant once on first night. Food was good and seemed reasonably priced. Room was very good value for length of stay in the city centre. Tea and coffee making facilities and decent hairdryer. Iron in room handy but did not need to use.

Door card did not work and had to go back to desk twice. Room cleaner let me in and tried to help as did another member of staff on corridor. Fan/extractor in bathroom was constantly going just a bit noisy went trying to sleep thought it would go off when lights were off and door shut but on constantly even with air con off. Would have liked a small fridge in room.

Our room carpet was very heavily stained which looked horrible.

The hotel was very comfortable, with beautifully decorated spaces, especially in the reception area. Our room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It had both a bathtub and a shower, both excellent, with a strong and powerful water flow. Breakfast was served at a convenient time and offered a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially those at the reception. The location is also great for those arriving by train, as it is located right behind the station, which made getting around much easier for us.

We were not very satisfied with the room cleaning service. When we arrived, the room was very clean, and the bed linens and towels were impeccable. However, during our stay, the cleaning was quite superficial—there was no change of bed linens, nor were the water bottles or coffee items replenished. I had to request water several times and even had to buy more at the reception. I also had to ask for or get sugar from the breakfast area. Additionally, the room’s countertops didn’t seem to have been cleaned.

Well I must admit I had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Hotel Brighton, it's modern, clean and quiet. the room was nice and cold and the AC was working and quite unlike other hotels I've stayed in. The bed was nice and it had great pillows, not the usual flat ones some hotels offer. Breakfast was great and suits all, I just had a wonderful stay. My only negative point was the bath in my room was not very deep but others would have no complaints, I like a deep bath to unwind but all that said I would definitely stay there again

This is our first time here and we really enjoyed our stay and this will be our next destination every time we come to Brighton very comfortable bed clean rooms bathrooms toiletries enough towels toilet rolls coffee teas milk sugar kettle (mini bar) Tv perfect wifi the location is perfect on platform 8 of the train station and 15 minutes walk to the beach ,you also have taxis parked outside the hotel and parking it’s also very safe ,very nice breakfast variety of food and gluten free vegetarian options the hotel smells so nice there is outside terrace where you can enjoy your drinks on the ground floor area very well decorated modern the stuff at reception and breakfast are very welcoming we had little issue and Ilenia the duty manager that day solved it in a very professional way we really thank her so much as she made us feel so welcoming we will definitely come back here

Lots of shared spaces on the ground floor, very pleasantly decorated at the reception, bar, breakfast area, lots of seating areas. The room had plenty of clean, fresh towels. There are plenty of coffee and milk refills available for the room. The room was perfectly heated, the blackout curtains were fantastic and the room was quiet and very comfy so I had a great nights sleep.Yhe shower was great shower hot nd strong . Overall, it's a great spot, only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, taxis, restaurants, bars and shops

Toiletries were very poor. Pump on bottles poor. Making it very difficult to get enough procut to wash my hair. No conditioner provided.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a smart layout, and I especially loved the little spades in the cereal pots, a great touch! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and it was lovely to see all the housekeeping staff along the corridors being so friendly in passing. It’s always nice to see a hotel thriving with staff who genuinely seem to enjoy their day.

The only issue we encountered was not being on the breakfast list despite adding breakfast the previous day. The breakfast supervisor advised us to check with reception, which meant we had to queue up to collect a voucher. It was only a minor inconvenience, but ideally, the supervisor could have checked with reception on our behalf, as it wasn’t an error on our part.
