Great location near train station. Hotel decor & environment is fresh, clean and vibrant. Staff are superb and very welcome & professional. Food in restaurant is pretty good for a chain hotel. Executive room was spacious and very comfortable, and had all amenities required. Was delighted to have a USB socket in the room as I forgot to bring a plug.

The orange juice at breakfast is ATROCIOUS, cheap & nasty diluted orange drink. Please provide real orange juice, it seems really mean to serve a cheap alternative and lets the breakfast down.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. From the check in point, where we arrived early and the member of staff was happy to keep our bags in a safe area. Our room was fantastic, clean and the attention to detail made us feel very welcomed. Every member of staff was very helpful. The lounge area and restaurant were modern, chic and had multiple areas for every member of the family. The location as well was brilliant as it was just 2 minutes away from the train station and outside the hotel, there were always taxis. Bus stops and other amenities were around 5 -10 minutes away and to go to the beach it took us no more than 10 minutes. We were very thrilled staying there and definitely we will be back in a near future time.

This is the 3rd year in a row I have stayed here after completing the London to Brighton bike ride. Staff are very accommodating with bikes and the breakfast is always very good with a great selection including gluten free options for my partner. Bar staff, reception and all staff always make us feel very welcome and are always on hand. very close to the train station and some great bars and restaurants very close by too. Rates are also very reasonable for the service and quality provided.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel.

The guys at the reception were very welcoming, especially the boy from Romania, Alex, if I'm not mistaken, explained everything clearly, helped with parking. helped with a baby cot, well done guys. Thank you. The lift was a little dirty, this is a small minus. We took a family room, in the room by the time we went up there was already a baby cot, literally in 2 minutes by the time we went up everything was ready in the room. The girls from cleaning were in the corridor, very friendly, greeted us pleasantly. The room was very clean, glasses, mugs, teapot, spoons, I always check everything, as this is very important for us..they were without a single drop, you could eat and drink from them. We went down for breakfast, again we were greeted very well, very good staff, friendly, always helpful, prompt, the food was fresh, smelled very tasty, everything was clean everywhere, it was nice to be in this hotel, there is a playground, which was a very pleasant surprise, and even a smoking area, since my husband smokes, we were satisfied, 10/10.

I had a nice stay at the hotel- the check in staff were lovely and allowed me to have access to my room early as well as combine two bookings which I am very grateful for. The hotel's location is perfect and metres away from the train station which was ideal for me as I had a train to catch when I checked out. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with air conditioning and a decent sized bathroom with bathtub. The mirror was steam proof too which was a nice feature. Breakfast was fine but maybe not the high quality I would expect for a hotel of this standard.

The biggest issue was the lack of an in-room safe. This really needs to be addressed.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely happy to engage with us. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Lovely showers. The breakfast selection was among the best I've seen. Well presented and hot. We ate in the restaurant twice and the meals were lovely. Once again, the waiting staff were chatty and helpful.

The only problem I had was that the comfortable seats in the reception/bar area were all very low. I have poor mobility in my knees and only had the option of standing, sitting at the dining tables or perching on the arms of the chairs. A few higher, comfy seats would have been lovely. The heating/air con was difficult to work out -the room was a little cold in the evening. Drinks were a bit pricey.

I love this hotel. Both my wife and I agree we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brighton. It does exactly what you need it to. There is a big multistory car park, and there is nearly always space up top. Scan the QR code in the hotel and get a whole day until noon the next day for £9.somthing. and it's a two minute walk to the hotel. From there, you can easily walk into Brighton. Rooms are very adequate, clean, and comfortable, you can screen cast to the TV. Water pressure and temperature are good, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel rooms do the job, the staff are very pleasant, the location is perfect for what we like and the prices are always excellent. My wife and I don't really care for overly luxurious hotels. We just need a comfortable launchpad for adventures. If this sounds like you, then this hotel is perfect.

Good breakfast. Heaps of proper crispy bacon, lots of sausages, half a dozen eggs, new potatoes were a nice touch, plenty of cereals, bread. Good location, close to train station, centre, (expensive) station car park. Comfy room. Nice bath. Plenty of staff at breakfast.

Sausages were chipolatas not thick ones, well cooked but bland filling. Egg yolks were all set, none were runny. Corridor of 4th floor smelt musty, window at far end was open a crack but no air flow. Repair finish not to a high standard, paint spills on light switch, floor, door, picture, bath showed signs of repair. Only one tissue in bathroom box, hidden at back, box looked empty and not refilled - would have been useful to swab recent stitches (did not want to use toilet paper). Had to try keycard on lift and room door 4 or 5 times before it worked.

Our room was excellent. Clean and in excellent condition. Lots of space - very roomy. Very comfortable beds and I slept incredibly well. We had all we needed in the room. Breakfast was extra but at £13 but for that price it was very good. Lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and courteous too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Very good location next to.thr Railway Station. There was also a restaurant downstairs so you don't need to go out in the evening. It had all the facilities needed. The whole hotel seemed very clean.

I thought breakfast was included in the price. But probably my mistake.

Really welcoming for Pride weekend with all the decorations in the foyer. Great position between Preston Park and the beach! Great access with 24 hour reception. Room was nice and comfy with great amenities. Generally stay was great and staff were very friendly & helpful. The mini shop in reception was very handy. Baggage storage absolutely made our weekend - it was so useful being able to stow our belongings before and after our stay - they would’ve got in the way so much if we’d needed to keep them with us until check in/ catching train home.

There wasn’t a bright top light in the bedroom. Some of the decor was a little tired. Not a fault of the hotel - but it was slightly difficult to find Being tucked behind the station, and with the station cut through closed, I twice had to navigate a long way round to get there. This involved a lot of stairs which wouldn’t be great for someone less mobile.
