The location was good, and the apartment itself is good with the sofa bed in front of the TV. Overall value for money, we had a good time.

First of all, to find the keybox was tricky as the host said that it was the middle one but there was 4 of key boxes. The host also said, orange striped key box but it was not there so we had to call the host to ask where it was as it was a bit confusing. Going to the apartment, taking the stairs was a bit creepy as there are no lights and is a bit dark. There was dust underneath the bed where we found Tampons as we stepped on it which was inconvenient. There was no air-con, it was really hot with 26 degrees so it was hard to sleep during the night time.

This property was in the heart of Brighton, very close to beaches and shops and easy access everywhere. Comfy beds, good size bathroom and easy to use kitchen.

Only a couple things I would say about this property, the bed sheet on the sofa bed did have a stain on it when we arrived, and the food pots and pans were still dirty from the people before (which I know is no fault to the owner) the pillows were very lumpy on the sofa bed and the tap in the kitchen leaked from the bottom. All very small things and easy fixes.

The property is right near the Palace Pier and the Sea Life and many attractions... the property is managed well as the team was constantly in contact with us through messages to provide us the necessary updates.. the property has all the basic things required

there is always a chance for improvement... the kettle had too much of lime scale in it for our comfort to use it... the toaster also doesn't seem to have been cleaned...

Fantastic location, close to all the amenities and the beach. Clean, modern furnishing had great aesthetic appeal. We were 3 adults and it felt spacious enough with all of us in there. Great hosts, they were communicative and easy to contact.

There wasn't any mention in the listing that parking was not provided so an extra parking cost of £22 came as a surprise.

Great size studio flat. Very well decorated. Easy instructions to access key. Very close to the sea and town centre.

Windows could do with light curtains as everyone from the street outside can see in. When you close the shutters flat becomes very dark even in daytime. No shampoo, shower gels etc.

The location of the property was fantastic, as soon as you leave the property you’re particularly on Brighton beach. The host Charlotte was great at communicating and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. I would recommend staying here for your trip.

location was great for us. very close to the royal pavilion and shops. lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. apartment was a nice size and was very comfortable. check in and out was easy and efficient and great communication from hosts. very powerful shower which was refreshing from apartment renting!

the bathroom could use some tlc, mould patches on the ceiling from poor extraction. apartment was bright and modern but some wallpaper peeling in places and the skylight blinds were very dirty so we didn’t want to open them to gain more light in the room. we were getting ready for my friends wedding and could have used some more natural light.

The studio was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Was difficult getting in and out of the studio with the pushchair ( stairs)

It was excellent, very clean and tidy, had everything you needed there. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Brighton.

The flat is in a lovely location, right in the heart of lively St James's Street with its characterful cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, and Brighton beach a short stroll away. Perfect for my stay. The flat is at the back of the building so doesn't overlook St James's Street - the view from the flat is not picturesque, but the benefit is it's nice and quiet on that side, which was more important to me than the view. If you want a flat with a view then this might not be ideal. The layout of the flat is excellent, making good use of its modest size, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas and separate bedroom and bathroom. The flat is well furnished and decorated, has plenty of natural light despite its north-facing aspect, and is an attractive, relaxing space to use as a base. The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. I felt very at home. I had trouble connecting to the WiFi when I arrived, but the owner was only a quick message away and was keen to help and resolve the issue swiftly, so the experience was actually more of a reassurance than an inconvenience.

There's not much in the way of clothing storage. There is a clothes rail with plenty of hangers, but no drawers, shelves etc. for keeping clothes that you wouldn't normally hang up. This meant I was living out of my suitcase while I was there, which wasn't a problem as a lone traveller staying for only four nights, but could be an issue if there are two of you staying for longer.
