Tasty breakfast Room good size Nice location

Bed js made out of 2 small beds but it was pretty comfy The pool doesnt open till 10 am and closes at 9 pm which is ridiculous since most people are walking by those hours and they have 2 choose either to be in the pool or to lose the time to discover the majestic town. It should be open from 7 am to midnight.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is well located, close to the port, so it's a 5 min walk. It has a pool with very warm water, although it was very crowded.

There's no elevator, no bottled water, no glass or cup in the room. The breakfast is so so. Instant coffee and a lot of sweets, no vegetables and only toast bread. It would be good to have some tomato at least. The bathroom is so small and badly organized you keep bumping on something. It's impossible to operate the shower door!

The hotel was comfortable. I liked all the places to sit inside and outside. Had a very relaxing day by the pool. The staff were lovely and were very approachable. Good location near oldtown. Good amenities nearby .

Great location walkable to ferry and bus station also near to old town and harbour area. Very friendly and helpfull staff despite English/Spanish language differences in reception restaurant and especially maid service. Very comfy bed would definatly stay here again

Wonderful and helpful staff; great location near the historical center but far enough away to be quiet; comfortable room and good breakfast choices.

The bed. Two beds put together that wanted to separate! That being said, 2 beds together is not abnormal for a hotel room but they shouldn't part easy.

Indoor pool, price, near the bus terminal and downtown, compare to the other hotels which are expensive, this is the best option!!! And breakfast it’s also good..

A microwave would be nice but, there is nothing not to like about the hotel.

We had a great stay here, the hotel is not far away from the ferry and bus terminal and a short walk to the old city center. Nice breakfast, and the pool was wonderful during the hot summer days.

The walls are a bit thin, so don't forget earplugs in case you have loud neighbors.

The decorations and furniture in the lobby and common areas were quality craftsmanship. Very impressive

It was close enough to the ferry terminal maybe 3 blocks but about 6 blocks from the tourist area

The hotel desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags on our first day until room was ready, gave us travel advice and even loaned use of a bus card until we could obtain one and top it up. Extremely courteous and welcoming

The furnishings were perhaps a little dated but the hotel was good value for money and well located

The location of this hotel is great, an easy 15 minute walk into the main part of the old town. It was also very close to both the ferry and the bus terminals. The facilities are a little older but the hotel is very clean and the breakfast options are good. I would stay here again.
