The location is amazing, as it's in a calm and nice place. The breakfast was good and the staff was always ready to give us what we needed (e.g., hot water for the mate, or ice for the Stanleys).

The front desk staff didn't speak much English (with one exception, as that attendant spoke multiple languages including English and Portuguese). The garage was good, but the exit was slightly narrow. Also, if you end up being one of the last ones to park in the garage for the day, you'll likely be required to give your car keys to the valet, as you'll park in front of another car.

Great location facing the Rambla. Good breakfast arrangement with nice outdoor seating area toward the Rambla and river beyond. We stayed twice at this hotel, a night on each end of our trip to Uruguay; both rooms were clean and nice.

The only issue was the hairdryer in one of the rooms we stayed in had a faulty cord and it burned my parther’s hand while she used it. Appears there isn’t a ground fault protection for the bathroom electrical circuit.

The location on the Rambla is great! Getting the rooms closest to the Rambla/ south are best (100, 200, 300, etc.)

Location was good, next to a supermarket, gas station, and Rambla. Breakfast was great too, as well as the value for the price.

AC was centralized so temperature was not great in our room and we didn't have the chance to adjust it to our convenience. Since the room was too hot, reception only gave us the option of opening the window so cold air would come in.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is located right next to the boulevard. The room was clean and even had an amazing view of the sea and the German embassy.

We didn't have breakfast here as it was unclear if there was a vegan option. However, this is a minor thing, and everything else was great.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, faces the beach and lovely to get out and walk. Good breakfast if one pays USD 11, and if one only wants a cup of freshly brewed Lavazza, it's available at the restaurant/cafe for USD 3. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner - there's a limited but good menu for vegetarians. Pet friendly, too.

A mini-fridge in the room would be much appreciated.

Well located on the rambla. Very friendly and helpful staff, both at frontdesk and restaurant.

Wi-Fi was a little spotty.

The staff was friendly and there was one receptionist that spoke a bit of Dutch, which was great. The hotel is located next to the German embassy. The room was clean and had a view of the ocean.

Everything was just perfect. The staff were kind and helpful, very professional. The room as vast and fitted our need for a handicapped person. They even added a small refrigerator for us, since we scheduled a long stay. Breakfast was delicious and with vast selection.

Great location, ocean front! Bed was comfortable, all very clean and modern.Great towels. A nice restaurant. The safe in the room was great. It had elevators so I didn't have to carry my luggage up the stairs. Internet wifi worked well. They had a good taxi driver that was affordable.

The shower floor was extremely slippery. Not much closet space. I couldn't figure out how to put my pictures in this review
