Location and facilities were fantastic. Watersport were great with great staff.

The cost of everything was over the top. While you knew that the room rate was high, they gouged you at every opportunity which became insulting.

This property has just reopened after being renovated and rehabbed following a lot of damage from hurricane Maria in 2017. The property was really beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and the dining options were fantastic. The view is great.

It was expensive.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone, was super kind, helpful, friendly. The management, not so much. You have some really outstanding workers there that really want to make it comfortable, relaxed and special, but their hands are tied to what management says. This was our honeymoon, had it not been for the staff, we may have not stayed. I like to mention some very special staff there by name who were outstanding! Rae Nae, Ta'Lore, Erica, James Brown, Jamal, our bartender Rafael, waiter i think Pablo & our absolute favorite who was the most helpful, Ricky. He went above & beyond to assist us. He's super friendly, told us about our new favorite food "Poke Bowl". He even took time out on his day off to tell us about the beaches at St John, he not only treated us as friends, but we saw him treat other this way as well. He is an awesome employee. THANK YOU RICKY! You made our trip extra fun! I also want to say thank you for having Ian, who did the wine tasting. He was informative, got me to try some wines I generally would not of, he was fun & very friendly, definitely a plus!

This resort is beautiful & you will definitely pay for it!! I saw on line that this advertised as all inclusive, you could imagine my surprise when we arrived & told it was not! Breakfast was not even included! This was our honeymoon, I was highly disanointed that we didnt get anything covered, the restaurants & drinks were very pricey & being that the spa was not open, we lost cable service for 2 days, they had workers using drills out by the pool & the hotel was not fully opened, We should have at least gotten breakfast or a bottle of wine, mgmt really dropped the ball here!

Exceptional views Fantastic food venue options. Beach was wonderful. Interiors beautifully decorated. Loved the green earth friendly efforts.

Our room smelled humid all the time.

The customer service was amazing. Room was clean and very comfortable. We were provided with our bed made up and new towels everyday. The 3 pools were amazing and the location was perfect! The beach front was everything along with the excursions! We did the Jet skiing and Pizza Pi Snorkeling trip and both of those were 100/10! They include a bunch of beach activities free like kayaking & paddle boarding which was cool! You can also eat and walk to the other resort which is attached and offers 3 more restaurants. Also the taxis were amazing! Definitely would go back!

The only thing I can say was the food needs work. Our most favorite restaurant was Sugarfin which served Sushi & Shorebird which was a breakfast buffet. But for how much everything cost the food did not meet the standards or expectations. The only other issue we had was with the staff from the spa. The spa massage was great but the front desk could be a little better.

This place is very nice and clean. The room we had was huge. This is the biggest room I have ever seen while booking trips. Taxi service will be your best friend. Everyone was super nice and polite.

The only problem I had was I wanted a fan. They brought me a fan that did not work. I requested a new fan 4 times and never received the fan during our whole stay and that is why they get a 9 out of 10.

I absolutely loved everything about this resort, my room and the staff were amazing. . From All the greeter's at the door those guys were phenomenally awesome awesome Tanisha/ sugar fin, awesome Syreeta on of my favorite at the breakfast buffet, also Natesha , Emoni also at the breakfast buffet....all my girls at the poolside, very nice and friendly.steven at the poolside absolutely great.also let's go alk about those sushi nachos the best I ever had♥️ dinner and bouy hous was great as well steak Philly were delicious.. I glad I picked this place 🙂 So with that being said Westin in St. Thomas absolutely the best resort I ever stayed 10+10 stars for me.🥰

I don't have any dislike.

The only problem was the AC in our room, otherwise it was great. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable by supplying us with fans and gave us small refund for our inconvenience. I wish it would've been more entertainment on the resort. I would definitely stay again and hopefully the got the Ac working. Staff were friendly and courteous. The kitchen manager also came out and greeted us every day. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back soon!!

AC IN OUR ROOM

Loved everything about the resort. We also loved the affiliation with other resorts that allowed for external activities.

The room had a beautiful balcony oceanview, there was adequate closet space, the room was very large and the bathroom beautiful. However, the bedding was uncomfortable. We thought the comforter was too heavy for a tropical area in June. The secondary blanket was inadequate and non-functional. As a result, I didn't sleep well while I was at the resort.
