Our stay was nice. The hotel is conveniently located across from our meeting venue. Although to warm to walk, the location prevented us from having to maneuver traffic. Staff were all pleasant.

There was a smell in the room that was almost unbearable. Fortunately, we were able to be move to another room the day after our arrival. We later found out that it was a known ventilation problem. Why we were assigned a room within the "smelly" area with other rooms available is beyond me. I personally appreciate a more proactive approach.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in. I have traveled a lot and the design, ease of locating, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff was above the normal. I would recommend this hotel. I will be back next year when I an back in town again.

The breakfast would be my only complaint. Not enough variety to be considered a continental breakfast. Eggs weren't done enough, not much choice on breakfast meats. They need to work on this a bit. Apple juice tasted as if it was spoiled.

Hotel was very clean and updated with a great breakfast! Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and bathroom was very nice. The location is set back from the main road and is somewhat tucked away so you don't feel like you are in the busy town, I have stayed in this location before and really enjoyed it.

I have no negative comments to say about this facility.

I did not like the cost because booking.com was supposed to locate a reasonable and lower cost lodging facility. However, the cost was much higher than expected. I ended up spending an extra $150.00 nightly per room.

315 was very clean, comfortable and spacious my only complaint was the room was very humid even after the ac unit was adjusted several times.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room with a comfortable bed, huge TV and spacious bathroom. Close to grocery store and several restaurants. Even though this hotel is right next to the interstate, our room was on the front side of the hotel and it was absolutely quiet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Taking off a point because the wi-fi didn't work. Also didn't like the pre-packaged heated breakfast options. I mean, a "Belgian waffle" in a plastic bag in a heated pan? That is just ridiculous.

While traveling, we wanted a place to relax for the night and watch Netflix. It was a great stop for some needed relaxation. It was perfect for that with clean rooms, nice/safe seeming area, and comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel for the money and in a great location. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel. I stayed 2 nights and it was comfy! Good breakfast and staff. I was able to get everywhere in Birmingham easily from this location. I will stay here again.
