The front desk and cleaning crew was wonderful very nice people and our room was really clean

only downside is the pool was closed the whole time during our stay and that’s one of the main reason we booked was for my son’s birthday so that he could go swimming so that was only part that was a bit of a bummer but everything else was wonderful

I like the location, staff is nice, parking is free and good, room was clean and ac worked great! We had a large room this year (lighting was a little dark but workable).We stayed here last year for our anniversary and so we came back this year for 2 nights and would gladly come back next year.

Our 2nd morning at breakfast, a lady with several kids took all muffins, yogurts, cups, plates etc. Anything for later. They're probably still eating snacks. That wasn't fair to other that may want a yogurt or muffin. Hot items were good biscuits and gravy, eggs, cin rolls, pancakes. Also the hot tub wasn't working and we didnt know til check in which was a little disappointing. Pool closes at 9pm so I think that's a little too early on weekends. Lighteing could have been a littke better in our room this year and a full length mirtor in bathroom would be nicer. But other than that it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it.

The air conditioner kept going off and on even set on 68.

The breakfast bar was excellent.The young lady kept it clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Main light in the bathroom was out.

I love that it was very clean, It was in a great location, great breakfast and the breakfast lady was very nice and kept items well stocked. We also loved the indoor pool and hot tub which were also clean. This is a smaller hotel which we also liked because we did not have to walk a mile to our car. Easy parking that seemed to be in a safe location. We enjoyed it!!

The bath tub could have been nicer like maybe a walk in shower and maybe keep your pool open til at least 10pm. 9 was a little early we thought. That would have made this a 10 out of 10 stay. Can't complain about anything else. It was a great CLEAN place.

The breakfast was great with enough options to serve everyone. The pancake machine was a wonderful and unexpected treat. It was kept clean and minimized if not eliminated any possible contamination.

The desired improvement doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel itself. However, our neighbors were a little inconsiderate, slamming doors in the morning hour. Some guests were a bit inappropriately dressed in the breakfast area, wearing clothing that should remain in the bedrooms. Those things point more to decency of the guests, or lack there of. Might want to increase the prices just a bit.

Breakfast, all coffee pots empty, no staff attention. Had to go find someone.

Hotel was near everything we was trying to do and the room was a nice size. Very quick check inn and the rooms came with a microwave and hand sink so thats was nice

The 3pm check in. We made it early and most hotels have your room available the day of your check in. Didn't like the open parkinglot with no security but thankfully nothing happened

Nice, clean room and a fine breakfast...everything I've come to expect from HI Express.

It's a bit tricky to find the place off US Hwy 280 and follow around to the hotel entrance, especially in the dark for a newcomer to the area. Be careful! Also, the 3-wheeled luggage carts are not the best...they are hard to steer, their widely spaced back wheels make navigating corridors and around room furniture quite difficult, and the slippery metal surface tends to dump off the luggage.
