The facility is located in the middle of so many eating choices and is easy to find. The area is busy. I was greeted by a staff member at check in who was efficient and pleasant. The facility was clean and our room was very spacious. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion were provided. Breakfast was okay. There were continental choices and plenty of seating in the dining area. Very comfortable stay

The property looks to be newly renovated and is very clean. The staff encountered (Barbara) was an absolute joy! I could not have asked for anything more (than maybe breakfast lasting a tad longer on the weekend)!!! I will surely stay here again when in this area!

This may sound funny, but the toilets could be taller; they are quite low to the ground. This property is first-class!!

I love this hotel and most definitely will be back. The only frustrating part was one elevator was out of order which caused long wait times at times. Overall that would not deter me from coming back. I think I have found my go to hotel when I come home to visit family. Thank you for a amazing visit!

the location was fine, the breakfast was hot and fully stocked, fruit was fresh. great staff service during check-in at night and check-out in the morning! The parking lot of the hotel was well lit at night.

The bathrooms in the lobby weren't cleaned in the morning, but the staff was present to clean them. The juice machine wasn't in service during breakfast, there weren't tubs in the rooms we stayed in. It was hard to get to the hotel at night from I-20 because of the winding backroads.

We requested a handicapped accessible room, but the only thing that was different from a "regular " room was one grab bar in the tub/shower. Also, the commode (toilet) was the lowest one I have ever seen, and very difficult to stand up from. There was remodeling being done, and the room I thought we had reserved wasn't available. So we got something less than what we wanted and expected.

Our room had ants but we bought some ant spray and killed them. The front desk clerk offered to move us to another room but I had just came back from having surgery and didn’t want the hassle of moving our stuff.

Breakfast was good and varied. The location was a little weird. Access either through a strip mall parking lot or what seemed to be the entrance to a subdivision.

Bed could have been a little softer. Three days with breakfast and no bacon!

The hotel was excellent is all respects. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating when we had several requests. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds because we traveled with 2 dogs and it was very easy to walk them on the property.

Free WiFi and the exercise rooms were very nice benefits of staying at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and happy to help with any issues.

The TV guide was a little confusing but manageable. The breakfast was somewhat lacking. Few options for proteins, and I could not find any hot sauce to go with the hard-boiled eggs.

I forgot my charge cord for my blood pressure cuff and the front desk was nice enough to have it shipped over night to me. The room was very quiet.

The bed was not comfortable and we did not have soap in our shower. Also the breakfast was not good.
