The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. It is a new facility, so we expected it to be comfortable and clean. But the staff really stood out. We were in town for my mother's funeral, so it was not the best of circumstances. But seeing smiling face very time we entered or left, enjoying a hot breakfast at the hands of a delightful lady who prepared them, and generally feeling welcome made things much easier. We really appreciated everyone there.

It was so nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we had just put in for the single bed for me and my husband when we got to our room they had recently done some remodeling and they had put us in a room that didn’t have a faucet at the sink, we went back and told them And the woman at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. She apologized and upgraded us to a suite and we just wished we could’ve stayed longer because it was so nice. Highly recommend this place.

Location was fine. Breakfast could have had more selections. The bed was great. Slept better than we have lately.

It would be really great if there was some sort of night light in the bathroom. When I have to get up during the middle of the night I don’t like having to turn on what feels like a flood light in the bathroom and I shouldn’t have to remember to bring one from home. Otherwise our stay was great.

The property location is great as there are limited hotel options in Chelsea. The hotel amenities were great. We took advantage of the exercise room, pool, and continental breakfast. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Our room was not cleaned one of the days of our stay. It was not a major inconvenience though.

The breakfast was good. No complaints. The location was good, it was down the street from multiple restaurants.

The only problem I had was that the air was not working in my room the first night. It was hot. The staff had me to switch rooms for the remainder of the stay.

Staff was super friendly! Kids loved the pool area. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was good!

Bed was not comfy at all. The pillows were great though!

The room was nice and clean and you could tell it was all new. We would stay again if we were ever in the area again. Plenty of places to eat.

One night time clerk wasn't very helpful but outside on that one moment everything else was great.
