My first time in Alabama and this hotel made it all worth while , the manager the asst manager and the rest of the staff were amazing so friendly kinda like family , I felt safe , I spent a lot of time at the hotel as I cane for my son to come here and do things with his friends, I'm extremely satisfied and will come back here .

Fitness center was great

Toilet ran all night and was loud. Was awoken by people talking and using the ice machine. The doors are not very soundproof and you could also hear everyone who entered or exited the building. People would prop the outside door open do that it wouldn’t lock. That felt unsafe

They didn’t have breakfast

I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was and the size of the room and also the location of the hotel...near the interstate and many different restaurants/stores. Would definitely stay there again

Only thing I didn't like is that they don't offer breakfast.

Kitchen in our room was awesome. We love that the windows open for fresh air. The noon checkout time. Easy to get to the sites we wanted to see like the 16th Street Church.

It does not have a Riverview, or at least our room did not. But everything else made up for it.

The area around the property, scenic lake, woods. Very nice swimming pool. Kitchnette with big refrigerator, microwave, small heating plate, enough utensils provided to make your own meal.

No restaurant in the hotel, but there were some good places to eat nearby.

Everything was on point from check-in to check out the first black own hotel I ever stayed in. Omg, everything was on point. From welcoming for every one work there omg we love it ! Can't wait to come back . The room was so clean and fresh smells we love it.

The staff was super friendly. But when I got there to check in at at 7pm, my room still was not ready. The front desk associate was very apologetic.

I had to wait for my room to be ready way after the normal check in time. The dishes that were provided in the suite were not clean, but were still placed in the drawer.

The General Manager Doug and his staff were amazing Doug remembers his guest and why they are there very impressive

I’m not a dog person people had large dogs but I understand that they need to make accommodations for everyone

I forgot to ask names but the lady that checked us in the night of the 21st was very nice. The gentleman that worked the desk the next morning, the 22nd, was wonderfully! Super nice and very personable. He was certainly pleasant to converse with.
