Breakfast & rooms.

$25 a day, for your pet is outrageous. First visit it only cost me $25.00 one flat fee. Now it's went up to $25.00 a day. I won't be staying there anymore! Just 2 get breakfast is not worth the price that they're charging for your pet.Especially if he doesn't mess up the room. Or do any damage.Your pet is part of your family. He shouldn't get charged as much as you to stay there!

Friendly staff, who even allowed us to check-in an hour earlier. Comfortable bed, clean room and nice mini-fridge. Having cold water and coffee at the front desk was a nice bonus as well. We travelled with our pet and the fee was $25 for one night. Plenty of restaurants nearby, even possible to walk over to some of those. Private parking on premisses is great too.

It took us a while to sort out the temperature of the shower, and pressure was quite low. Other than that, everything was great!

The main thing was just there wasn’t any good lighting for the full body mirror in the room we was in. Also nothing against the hotel but by my mistake I didn’t realize there wasn’t a pool. There is one we stay at most of the time closer to home and they have a pool so I was expecting one especially because it’s summer and we traveled from out of town. But again that was my mistake by not throughly checking before hand if they had a pool.

Plenty of restaurant options and all within walking distance. Nice location. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Noisy guests after 9. Not the fault of the hotel. However, they could have warned that there'd be some work happening in the morning. I was on the 3rd floor. Chose not to go to breakfast instead to sleep. Woke to loud pounding from someone hammering.

Room was very nice. Pull out bed was uncomfortable, but I would expect that anywhere. The gentleman working at the desk was very accommodating, and still pleasant in the morning when I left. The breakfast was pretty good, too!

There weren't sheets for the pull out bed. (A staff member quickly resolved that for me.)

Custom service outstanding. House keeping and staff amazing older foreign lady should not be allowed to answer phone or work with customers day or night. But the younger workers were amazing and extremely professional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and property was outstanding. I Transferred from La Quinta in Birmingham - Inverness. It was a very dirty floor in room. Showed video of floor to manager he simply said “I’ll have housekeeping take care of it!” Offered no apology or compensation.

I frequently travel with my small dog. Hard to find motels that are pet friendly. I have recently discovered that all La Quintas are pet friendly. I am also retired so value is important. The room rate was higher than other properties. I did get a slight break because I am a veteran. I mentioned the other La Quinta in Inverness but was told that it is a franchise so each property works independently. Unfortunately, Prosperities like Inverness bring down the whole chain. Cleanliness should be a universal standard not something you pay extra for!

The location and price were awesome!!! Breakfast was lacking. There was a pancake machine but no pancake mix. Very limited selection but they did have tiny little biscuits with eggs and gravy which was good. Beds were squeaky every time you moved. Metal sound, my son had his own room and his bed did the same thing.

Everything but smell. Clean and friendly. Especially the admitting clerk she was so nice. We had had surgery and needed to stay a night to return to hospital next day

I’m very sensitive to smells and all the “air fresheners “ were way too strong. Also the one chair in room was purple plastic and very uncomfortable

The room was very nice for the price. Good value and clean. Check in and out was very easy. Was good for what I needed. I have stayed at many hotels of lesser quality for a higher price for sure.

Pillows were a bit hard, not comfortable for my neck. Easy fix though; if I stay again I'll just bring my own :)
