The property , lobby , hallways & room were absolutely spotless! So much I asked if it was a new property! I liked (may have been by mistake) part of the breakfast area was open. I could get some juice & yogurt which was so nice not to have to get in car & drive when I wanted a snack. Also loved "Ben & Jerrys" ice cream offered $$in lobby mini mart!!

I tried to call properly directly (I was across the lot , eating lunch after 6hrs on road) & could see what looked like a nice hotel... Three times no answer, fourth finally someone answered & immediately put me on hold , after a longer than acceptable wait (I could hear conversations in background) I hung up & booked through "Booking. com". I did bring this to the attention of the young lady who checked me in she replied that "they were having trouble with the phone lines." Otherwise, very pleased , breakfast was nice.

It was very clean! There were four big towels and Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in big containers. I loved that you could open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.

The beds, which were very comfortable were very high so this 5’2 woman had a hard time getting on the bed without a stool. It would be hard for an elderly shorter man or women to get on that bed. Maybe you could have stools around for people to borrow. The room also had a very floral perfume smell that was overwhelming. Some people don’t mind that but i prefer no artificial smells.

The beds were super comfortable! The staff worked with us on checking in, and they were so friendly and professional. The lobby area was beautifully decorated.

I traveled with my elderly mom and my three-year-old grandson, and neither was able to get in bed without assistance because the beds were so tall. We finally moved the chair without wheels between the two beds so that they could both get in the bed. The other thing that was very unfortunate was that upon waking, getting ready, and heading down to the lobby, we discovered that the elevator was down. Now, I mentioned it was me (47), my mother (disabled), and my three-year-old grandson, and here we were trying to get down the stairs with all of our luggage and the stroller and purses and jackets, etc... without any assistance. There was a gentleman coming up the stairs to put a sign on the elevator, and he helped us get our bags down to the lobby level, and we were so appreciative.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The facilities were fabulous and well worth the price we paid. The continental breakfast was well prepared and had a variety to choose from… not to mention, it was delicious! The staff was also exceptional! I failed to get the name of the hotel clerk on the morning that we left, but she was so very helpful, as well as one of the kindest, most genuine souls I have ever encountered! She possessed the friendliest, most welcoming attitude and it was a pure joy to have visited with her even for a short few minutes! Her persona embodied what everyone should strive to be like! Her smile and kind words made my day! Thank you so much for providing a safe and pleasant little getaway for me and my husband! We liked the overall accommodations: the room condition, cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the morning breakfast. Checkin and out were easy.

The noise level in the evening and early in the morning were hard to ignore. The noise from the room above ours was disruptive and went on well into the night. In the morning starting around 5:30, slamming doors, loud conversations, a dog barking, and the racket from upstairs were all a problem for us.

The customer service. The staff, all that I met, loved their job, were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making the stay comfortable. Location was convenient, clean, and quiet. Close to restaurants. The facilities were clean and comfortable, had a mini fridge in the room, Laundry facilities were also located on site for guests to utilize. Breakfast was delicious.

I LOVE this property!! I stay here frequently. It’s beautiful and clean and comfortable! The manager is THE BEST!!!!!!!! We had to change our arrival date at the last minute and it was effortless thanks to the wonderful management and staff at LaQuinta. Literally everyone who works this property has a smile and warm greeting for visitors. Pet friendly and perfect! I really cannot say enough good things about this property. They have my business for life!!!

Place is perfect!!!

This place exceeded my expectations of a pet friendly hotel! I’m a first time dog mom traveler and I was so unsure and nervous about how all this would go…the hotel stay: cleanliness, welcoming, and overall convenience of traveling with our sweet boy was amazing. I’m so thankful to the staff and hotel. This was seriously the best booking we have ever had!!! We will be frequent travelers when we visit the area again.

Everything was exceptional!!!

You could tell it was clean just entering the building. Room was clean. We arrived late and I asked if there was any apple juice in a vending machine, the lady went into the closed breakfast area and got me some! All staff we encountered was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again. (FYI, don't even try Best Western there first, it was filthy and i am fighting to get my money back)

I very much enjoyed my stay! Check in was simple, quick, staff very friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in years, very impressed! Beds were comfortable. Has small outdoor pool. Continental breakfast was decent, baked goods, waffles, coffee, juice, yogurt. Eggs, sausage and biscuits a plus. Would absolutely book again passing through Alabama.

Breakfast area could use more seating.
