The staff was so polite and accommodating. The room were clean and I was really excited about the ceiling fans in the rooms. The breakfast was great. The serving staff took pride in making sure every station was clean and food was fresh. Ms. Nora was so sweet and hospitable. She greeted everyone that came for breakfast and thanked everyone for coming. The front desk staff may check-in so easy. Housekeeping made sure each time we left for the day, the rooms were cleaned and ready for another good night sleep.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The lobby area is nice with lots of smaller areas for people to gather and visit The hotel is in a nicer area of Montgomery with restaurants and stores close by included shopping

The room was great except for the size. They are very small and tight. We had a coffee pot and refrigerator, sufficient bathroom size and nice sofa We booked a king suite to get more room but that gave us a desk that separated the bed from the sofa and there was a tv that swiveled so it could be watched from the bed or sofa. The halll carpet could be cleaned, but other than that and room size it was a nice Hampton Inn

Everything was wonderful except the bed. It may be time to purchase better mattresses. They felt like they were begining to dip and felt coils (?) OR lumps. Other than that, it was great. Staff courteous, always clean and comfortable, breakfast is always good and feel safe in this area. Great location. I always reserve a room here when we come to Alabama. I don't look any place else.

The property is very clean and there is free breakfast offered. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is also a hair dryer, mouthwash, flatscreen tv with remote, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Everything to make the stay comfortable.The staff is also friendly and professional.

The cleanliness of the sheets and room. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Eastchase shopping mall, Target, DSW shoe store and lots of other stores. There are a good number of restaurants to eat such as Firebirds, The Juicy Crab and Bone Fish grill.

Trying to find a parking space when returning to the hotel late. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a parking space at night.

The staff is exceptional and friendly! The breakfast buffet was better than any we have previously experienced. Miss Mona and her crew started our days with a smile and wonderful conversation! She is truly a blessing to your location! Would highly recommend this Hotel. Our room was very quiet.

The tile floor seemed a bit sticky, most likely due to the cleaning product. We didn't feel as if it was dirty, maybe just needs a good rinsing.

Didn't do breakfast loved the coffee. the view of the lake and sunsets was spectacular, the staff was CUSTOMER FOCUSED asked if we needed anything every time we came in or out made sure we had bottled water, Cleaning staff team went above the call of duty to make sure we were pleased with their service.

A/C didn't work properly the first night after midnight. The hallways were cooler than our room and we had the thermostat set at the lowest temp. Called for Maintenance and they fixed it in a timely manner, the young maintenance man on duty on Sat 4th was very polite, upbeat, happy and professional knew exactly what we needed and told the next shift to verify that the issue was resolved since he was going off shift shortly. We didn't mention it but the windows were pretty dirty so we couldn't take any pictures, but we didn't worry about it.

Good location and nice clean outside.

The hotel was was good. My problem was I was lied too by Dewayne about my check put. when I checked in I was told my card would not be charged but just to hold the room. I was told had to pay doing check out. My card was charged anyway. This was a major property b/c, I was sharing the total payment with a friend. Now, I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Vanessa was excellent in trying to help and explain. She started that she would speak with Dewayne. Just be upfront with the guests. My money is valuable to me and it was planned for a reason. Other than that I would stay here again.

I was charged twice for the booking, I’m trying to resolve with booking.com but it’s not an easy process. There should be better communication between booking.com and this hotel.

Good location on the good part of town with plenty of food options and shopping nearby.

I guess there was no quiet time because a group stayed up by the pool being loud with loud music from around 11pm-3am and nothing was said by staff. The door to the bathroom didn’t offer much privacy
