Staff was good.

I picked this hotel based on location. My young granddaughter was traveling with me. As we are getting our luggage from the car, two men, obviously gang members rolled up. It was dark and I was terrified. We hurried behind them into the lobby hoping to get to our room without any interaction. They were flashing handfuls of cash but they not given a room for whatever reason. We slipped past them and headed to our room. Too close for me. The staff was great.

Good customer service from check in to check out. Provided bottles of water free to carry to our rooms, and very comfortable beds.

The Room was cold due to the AC set low upon arrival. We changed the AC to heat to temporarily warm the room when the smell of smoke filled the room and the Smoke Detector went off. We were able to turn it off.

Good breakfast. Clean bathroom. Big mini fridge

A little loud (exterior noise) where my room was. Location is a little difficult to get in an out of because you have to do a u-turn to get there when you get off the interstate and you’d have to do a u-turn if you wanted to go left coming out of the property or to go to the shops and restaurants across the road. Not terrible but nothing is really walkable from the hotel

Breakfast was standard fare. Shower was excellent. Plenty of hot water.

Little ttouble at checkin. Opted to pay cash during reserving the room. They charged our credit card anyway and were reluctant to cancel the payment and accept cash. A few stern words convinced them to follow the correct procedures.

The staff was very polite. The room was very clean, and bed was comfortable.

The parking wasn't the best coming in late at night. The breakfast was not good. There should be another place for work trucks to park due to them taking up so much space.

I was charged twice with two different cards, one card 190 the other one 164 and I called the agent said that it was just a hold and I will get 190 dollars back, I haven’t received it.

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We slept cool.

The front desk lady was confused about the new check-in system. She was incorrect about holds on our account, which made us very leary. The next morning, no one was at the front desk area. He was in the breakfast area instead. Customers were at the front desk waiting. They just left. I guess they got tired of waiting. We were watching from the breakfast area.

This hotel was very very clean. You could tell they go the extra Mike and pay attention to detail when cleaning and setting the room up for next guests. The staff's customer service was over the top. I can't say enough about the beds, slept so good!

The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter, it was fine, but could have used more light while getting ready for the day.

Location was close to person we visited. An issue that we had with the bathroom door was addressed immediately by the staff and we were given another room immediately.

Some breakfast items needed to be replenished. There was no bread for toast. This wasn’t an issue for me but it was for someone traveling with me.

I liked the large space in the room. The staff members, like Spacey Fitzpatrick, were professional and welcoming.

The entrance to the hotel parking lot was tricky but insurmountable. That is the only thing that I did not like about the stay.
