What we did not like(1) a door lock that was missing screws on the inside electric; (2) shower curtain was torn at the bar above; (3) the sink sis not have a stopper; (4) elevators, normally two — only one worked and if you were not careful the elevator that worked would shut down for 20 minutes. Same problem existing at Fairfield Inn, Phelam, AL.; and (5) one of the double beds was broken such that when I tried to get out of bed I ended up on my knees!!

Excellent service from the front desk staff and attentive and pleasant lady who monitors the breakfast area.

I stayed in the “last available bedroom” which I encourage Marriott to update the doors, furniture and bathroom/ bath stall flooring. One towel was “ratty looking” and an insect fell out of it 😮 Room needs an update especially since it accommodates the disabled. I am not sure if the other rooms’ decor are also outdated.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Aliyah was most efficient in checking me in and adding more days. The room was very clean, comfortable, and neat. Breakfast offered different options, and the lady was so nice and accommodating. It was very quiet, and parking was always available. 👌

My biggest like was the lady in the kitchen she goes way beyond the Job description to make the guest feel welcome and appreciated we absolutely adore her great smile kind words to everyone she's a jewel she deserves the highest pay because she's awesome 😊😊😊😊😊

The breakfast was good except one day the grits wasn't cooked but other than that the meals was good.

Maybe during check in it maybe a good idea to remind the guest hat on the weekends used towels can be placed outside the doors. Although there is a sign on the towel rack, it would nice to be reminded.

The breakfast was great! I loved the extra toppings for the oatmeal! The lady who was at the desk whe I checked in on Sunday night and when I checked out Monday morning was kind and caring. She had nice words to say that lifted my spirits!

The lobby and breakfast areas are updated visually, clean, and neat looking. The room was well kept, clean, and had nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, sofa bed, extra sheets, provided toiletries, and a comfortable bed and pillows. I liked that there is an inside pool available to use. The in-wall heater/AC worked well. The elevators were all in operation and clean. The front desk staff was cheerful, helpful, and kind. He made the check-in process easy and gave us all the information we needed. The complimentary breakfast was really good considering the price. The have options for cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffle makers, eggs and sausage, grits, breakfast pastries, coffee, and juices.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and there wasn’t a pillow to accompany it. I’m sure I could’ve requested one, but at that hour and with my kids already asleep I didn’t want to open the loud door. The indoor pool was COOL. Much too cool for me and my 4 month old who loves the water, but my husband and son loved it. The hot tub would’ve been a nice option…but it’s concreted in. Super disappointing because, at this price, a usable hot tub or pool would’ve been nice as the indoor pool is the reason I chose this hotel.

I forgot my blanket, the manager went to my room that I had… so I thought… I gave him the wrong room number.. He was sooo nice to me. After giving him the right room He went back and got my blanket. I drove back to get it. Excellent! The front desk clerk was Amazing too. Thanks Guys. Yolanda.

I couldn’t darken the room…BUT! I slept great in the King size bed I had. My room smelled so good.

The breakfast and the service. The young lady went above and beyond. I let her know how great she was. She greeted us and made sure we knew where everything was.

We had to change our room because the toilet was running.
