As you walked in the environment smelled very clean , I want to thank Ms Tinah & her beautiful daughter for the welcoming us ; They were very polite ,nice , talkative telling us all the information we needed we felt very comfortable, the room was clean everything in order & the breakfast was on point . My Husband & I enjoyed it . TY again Ms. Tinah & Daughter God Bless Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2025 ❤️🕊️

Easy to get to Clean and comfortable

Breakfast what little they had was tough and dried out 1/2 hr after opening. They were out of eggs, bacon , sausage gravy and no way microwave to make out meal. The reason given was because of Christmas. Poor excuse.

Breakfast Bar..complete slop..spit out the bite of the biscuit ..French Toast was COLD ..Crock Pot for the grits looked OLD AND EMPTY..had packets of instant grits..COFFEE was HORRIBLE.. seriously need a real COOK to take over..did not expect this at an IGH Hotel.. had to take mom next door to Cracker Barrel for Breakfast..TRUTH

Location was acceptable. Breakfast was descent pancake machine was broken.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the stay. Room for improvements are the floors by the elevator and inside the elevator were dirty and needed attention my entire stay.

Most clean room I ever been in also the bed was so comfortable make you want to never leave this place staff was awesome we will be back when traveling that way

Cleanliness and Great hospitality

It was a nice place to stay quiet and easy access to places. The staff was very helpful if you had a question or problem.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No one at check in asked us what our preference was. Once I asked about it, they took care of it though.

Easy access to the highway as well as shopping and restaurants. so many things to choose from as well as Costco gas station just down the street. Checking in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to the king suite and loved it! The bed was so comfortable… and I’m very picky! I loved that the shower was stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash; so convenient. The a/c works really well and the room was large and roomy with a full sitting area with sofa and tv which was nice to sit and eat our dinner while we watched the last quarter of the Golden State Warriors win the Celtics in game 4 of the NBA championship game! Absolutely will be staying again. I’m sure this will be our go-to hotel.

Not really anything to complain about other than parking is a bit limited but we still got something close.

I liked that it was by the interstate and surrounded by many food places. It also had free parking on the premises.

There were minor damages that I noticed in our hotel room. The only two I noticed were scratch marks on our bathroom door and discoloration in the tub.

Location and Breakfast was great. Also the size of the room was wonderful. Enjoyed the free parking and easy access to major roadways. Easy getting on and off the interstate.

A few issues with breakfast. They were out of pancake batter so using the pancake machine was not an option. They also had only one flavor of Cream Cheese, strawberry. I was seeking just plain cream cheese but that was unavailable. And finally the ice maker on the 2nd flor was inoperable.

My room was clean and so spacious. I love how wide the doors are because there is nothing more aggravating than trying to get through the door and banging into walls. The bed was so comfy and the blinds kept a lot of the light out which made for a great night's sleep.

As a single female traveler, I didnt like how there were all of these construction guys hanging around the front entrance. I was not comfortable walking through there. I asked front desk person to kindly move their vehicles and relocate the congregation.
