The location is good, I love the options of having daily breakfast and the availability of the restaurant. The whole building was clean and very close to down town restaurants. Easy to Uber to the college areas.

The lights in the room were weird. You had to have the lights on if you wanted to turn the bathroom light on so going to the bathroom at night was challenging. I wish all hotels would follow the Europeans and have the key card lights. You put your key card in a slot to manage the lights when you are in the room and when you leave you take it with you. That way I always know where my key card is too. :)

The staff was really nice. The outdoor pool was decent. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean and inviting. The room was good size and enjoyable, had the separate sleeping area so we could put our son to sleep and my wife and I could stay up and unwind a little longer with out worrying about waking up or keeping our son awake.

For the most part, the room was very nice, except the floors were dirty. It seems as if the floors don't get cleaned often enough. Definitely needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Walking around barefoot or with white socks was not good as they would be filthy. Along with some of the flooring around the inlaid carpet areas kept popping out when you would step on some of them.

This is a very nice hotel to stay when you're in the Tuscaloosa area. The beds are clean and comfortable we stayed in a room with a kitchenette it had all the pots, dishes and utensils we needed. The breakfast was good with many choices. The river walk is very nice. The only negative was the pool was outdoor and not very clean. Overall a nice choice

Excellent stay! We were moving out of NC after hurricanes flooded our home. This was our first night stay on a cross country trip. This helped us recoup and feel better about the road ahead. Very clean, spacious and accomodating to us and our pets. Staff were all friendly and helpful, as if this were a home away from home. I would like to come back again and explore the town as well next time.

It is located downtown Tuscaloosa right across from the amphitheater. You can go for a nice walk and the hotel is near restaurants that you can walk too. The king suites are nice if you plan to stay for an extended time equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and dish washer. They also have pots and pans, cups, plates, and utensils to use.

I’m not a pet lover so there were multiple guests with dogs and you could smell it.

Breakfast was OK, pretty standard. I liked the cleanliness.

I don't like the heavy weight of the comforter pad. It was very warm. Only need a light blanket in May. There sb a shower curtain liner. Had to put the cloth shower curtain inside the tub for a shower so the water wouldn't run out. The curtain gets wet and there was a bit of pink mold at the bottom of it, probably because it's wet a lot. A plastic liner would help.

Was visiting daughter going to school at University of Alabama. Place is in great location right next to her apartment building. Place is new, modern, & clean. Rooms had that ‘high end’ feel, but price was not much more than a ‘regular’ hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Evidently there is a ‘nice restaurant’ on top floor, but we did not go up there.

Coffee was only like warm, but once staff was informed of situation it was remedied very quickly.

The rooms the scenery it was very comfortable and it felt like home away from home to us

The breakfast time wasn’t long enough 6am - 9am some people gets up later than that or in my family and I case we had my mother who has dementia and we had to change her routine of getting her up earlier than usual not complaining but letting you’ll know that the end time for breakfast could be tweaked just a little .

I have celiac disease and require a GF diet. A better selection at breakfast. Also, we have stayed at other nearby hotels and they offered bikes to use for the trail.

The rooms were huge! Larger than expected. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was amazing, as was our server.

The smell of marijuana all through our floor. Guests in the pool area were pretty unruly. Not a relaxing space out there.
