Everything about this property was amazing from the communications with the property when booking and in the lead up to our arrival and the property itself. Property was new, clean, modern, good location and had everything we needed including a washer/ dryer to get some laundry done, a full functional kitchen so we could cook rather than eat out (after being away from home 3 weeks), comfy lounge and TV facilities and a comfy bed. In addition to being able to wash and dry some laundry, the property had a great quality hairdryer, make up face washers and fluffy white towels. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will return some day!

We didn’t like leaving as the next property we checked into in Seward was extremely underwhelming in comparison to Colony Suites

Beautiful and comfortable, new everything! Very clean. Plenty of towels, even specific washcloths for makeup removal. Fresh kitchen sponge and dish soap. Bottles of water in fridge for us. Above all— excellent customer service, facilitating holding our luggage upon early arrival and in morning of check out, as we were at an activity. Location is within walking distance of downtown eateries and shops. Quiet and private. Beautifully appointed suite. Marty, site manager. was especially helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

Everything! It is so worth staying here —avoiding the bigger community of Anchorage (traditional and higher priced hotels) for this lovely and spacious condo. All of the amenities you can think of are provided and the check-in/check-out process is seamless. Owners were especially pleasant to work with—Alaska kind!

Loved the decor and nice clean space with plenty of room to relax and a kitchen. Bathroom was large and open.

I only wish the bed had been a King instead of a Queen, but the place was perfect!

The property was very new and was decorated beautifully. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment of the main building and it was very comfortable. The whole unit was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything possibly needed. The large washer/dryer was also welcome on our road-trip across Alaska. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing, just know there is no elevator but we knew that before we booked.

It was beautiful! Wish I would have found it sooner, I would have booked for more than one night!! The washer and dryer were a super plus!! If you end up in Palmer, this is the place to stay! Definitely will be booking here again. Wish all places were like this!!

Very well decorated, very clean, and the staff when needed were very friendly and responsive.

It would be nice if all required deposits be included in initial payment and there should be one charge per booking not per room.

Check in was easy and emailed instructions were very clear. Everything was very nice, clean and well furnished. We weren't expected to clean the apartment like some apartment rentals. We only stayed one night but would have easily been comfortable for an extended stay.

A quiet, clear, modern, and cozy room with a beautiful mountain view. They were very thoughtful in the amenities provided! I am truly grateful for their assistance in allowing me to delay my check out.

Lovely large place that was very clean with nice furniture. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Both bathrooms are big and clean.
