My husband and I had to pay twice because at checkin the manager at the Resort did not get any money from Booking.com so we had to pay for it twice. We were not very happy about Booking.com and have not heard from you regarding this matter. If we don't hear from you, we will not be using Booking.com anymore. Booking.com charged us and the Resort charged us because they did not receive the money form Booking.com.

Aiden was incredibly helpful. All other staff was wonderful as well.
The bedding is a major issue we could not move without the sheets and mattress cover coming undone. Deep pocket or properly fitting sheets and mattress covers would make a huge difference.

Room was spacious and had a nice view. Dinner at the restaurant on site was excellent.
The room was a bit dated and the tv was hard to watch because the roku wouldn't connect to stream anything

The view of the lake was amazing. The room was well appointed with nice linens, a super comfy king bed and plush pillows. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for two since there were many things in the local area to see. Everett's Restaurant on the property provided an excellent dinner. The resort staff was incredibly friendly.

food was very good. Probably the best dinner we have had in the area.
Dinner service was poor. Staff standing around on there phone socializing. Plenty of staff with only two tables to serve. Had to go to the bar several times to just get drinks.

Location was excellent; view outside our room was amazing. Loved looking out the window & hearing the birds, and the planes….
Housecleaning would often not knock before entering the room - we should have bolted the door, but still…a warning knock would have been nice.

they have prattle boards and stuff you can use for free! and we went out on the lake and had a really good time
