Great welcoming staff excellent hospitality comfortable stay exceeded expectations truly safe n quiet at night n day place has really gave such outstanding job to Kiki really awesome very welcoming n other staff are just beyond expectations.

all was so wonderful nothing was ever not like it was all above n beyond they welcome each guest like own family the place is worth every penny its hard to even find anything you dont like it was way too good and rooms are so clean n neat .

Great rooms while I'm on call fir work it's closest to my work I'm able to go back n forth very comfy beds rooms very clean and neat James and Angie are very good n best to been so helpful n welcoming assisting to make my stay the best to housekeepers they really do good job maintaining the cleanliness n how clean n smell good the rooms ,beds,and whole place is just so clean n comfortable also it's so quiet n peaceful place

The location of the hotel is slightly depressing. From the window of our room, we had a view of the Home Depot and a shuttered, dilapidated pizza restaurant. There is also a derelict mall next door. There are only a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Any other shopping will require a drive for some distance. For being late in the season, the price for the room seemed high. If you like planes, then you will have a good view of them landing or taking off, depending on which way the wind is blowing.

Everything, it’s very clean and quiet. We were up from Soldotna for some medical procedures. It was perfect, the lil kitchen was awesome to have. My mom was having dental procedures done and had to eat special food that were able to prepare right there in the room. All the staff is wonderful! I will definitely be returning again and again

It is a bit out of the way but for our purposes it was perfect, I prefer to stay in a slower more quiet and safer location then right downtown. I didn’t mind the few min it takes to get to downtown locations

The property and the room were clean and comfortable. It was definitely a plus to have a stovetop, but found it odd that no utensils were provided in the room. We had to go to the front desk and request specific utensils, which they then provided. The beds were comfortable enough for good night's sleep. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Utensils should have been provided in the room itself. Blankets on the beds could have been better. Toilet jammed on first night, but was promptly fixed.

We called ahead of time to let them know we would arrive after midnight. They checked us in over the phone and the very nice security guard had our key and room ready for us. The room was very clean. They even were kind enough to allow a later check out. All the staff were friendly.

The location is ok close to stores and restaurants but a bit shaddy people walking around.

Great full kitchen facilities in the room. But there was not one spoon, dish, glass, pan. WTF!?!? How is the significant investment in that fabulous asset worth it to Aptel if no guest can use it to improve their vacation? NO ONE travels with kitchenware!

Security. I felt safe. I arrived late and the woman security was so nice.

I have not received my email receipt I was promised. No paper receipt was given to me when I checked out, either. The washing machine left powder soap on my clothing. A manager put coins in to rewash it, but some still had soap streaks.

The rooms are so clean n neat staff are awesome and always smiling great service its comfortable n so quiet it's safe place to rest n work it's closer to work n give best location the place is remarkable

The staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate concerning my operation. So appreciated the laundry facility and that it was more of an apartment rather than just a hotel room. The cleanliness was commendable. It was quiet. We requested a first floor because of the surgery and there was no problem.

Wish that there could be a few dishes, pots and pans, and utensils made available, but I understand why they are not. We provided our own.
