It was like home away from home. Access to private kitchen and dining area was something we particularly liked. We didn’t do any cooking- but just to be able to heat things and make coffee when we needed was very convenient. Heather was kind, thoughtful and inviting host. She stocked the refrigerator with a lot of different things for breakfast, including her own homemade granola that was awesome. Excellent communication by Heather prior to checkin. Self checkin was quite convenient. Heather met us and gave detailed tour and instructions. There is a trail that starts behind her house that goes all the way to the shore and joins other trails. We walked to downtown - very walkable.

Nothing at all. Just one small suggestion to Heather. The shower head probably needs to be replaced or cleaned if possible.

It was a big space. Plenty of room to spread out. The breakfast provisions were excellent, bread, milk, juice, eggs, waffles, cereal, granola, yoghurt and butter, jam and peanut butter. The bed was comfortable with plenty of bedding. The towels were nice and soft. The central heating was fantastic too. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook, microwave, toaster, small oven and cooktop.

The shower 🚿, it was difficult to turn on and off (hubby had to do that for me) and get right temperature. Shower head had good pressure needed a clean and a bigger head would be better. Small tv and not many channels but good selection of dvds.

There was a lovely selection of fresh food for breakfast including fresh eggs from their hens! The hosts are very welcoming and a have a wealth of knowledge and information to ensure you take in the sights near and around Anchorage. They have a beautiful walking trail close by. The back yard area is very nice to sit out and enjoy a coffee or drink as you listen to the sounds of nature. The bed was very comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home.

We really have no complaints.

Heather was a wonderful host it was like going to family or friends and staying the night giving you that warm feeling. She keeps a lot of healthy snacks and fruit in apartment. Everything and more you need to relax before or after a cruise. It sits in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and even Walmart. Definitely recommend this jewel.

Absolutely nothing.

A great space provided . Heather provided an amazing variety of food for breakfast . Heather gave us great directions to get into town and was a wonderful host . We were offered use of their bikes if needed. Bed was so comfortable after days of exploring

Just that bit too far to walk from town . But the snow capped mountains along the way was amazing .

Property was very homely and clean with plenty of space to move around in. Enjoyed being able to cook, walk into town and enjoy the really peaceful atmosphere.

Can’t think of much at all. Perhaps a shorter walk to town but then the peace and serenity may be compromised, so very happy with it all.

When we entered our unit we had a big smile on our faces. We knew we will enjoy our stay and remember it. The unit was spacious ,very clean with comfortable beds, very pleasant to be in and with a Hawaiian touch too. The kitchenette had all the facilities and had everything we could have needed for a good breakfast. The owners very friendly, helpful and gave us some good local tips. Thanks for making our stay awesome!

This B&B was amazing. To say breakfast is included is an understatement. There was a fully stocked fridge and pantry. The hosts were amazing, incredibly lovely people. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of living space to relax in. Highly recommend for a clean, comfortable stay.

Hard to fault this property.

Food provided was perfect! I enjoyed being able to make some eggs and toast before getting ready for the day and leaving the house.

Bed was a little firm. But everybody likes different firmness. So I'm sure there are others out there that loved the bed!

Very homey, pleasant unit, and lovely garden. fresh eggs, home made granola, delicious bread and all we needed for breakfast. Located within a walking distance or a short drive to town. On our last day Heather drove us herself to the RV rental and gave us lots of helpful tips. very friendly experience, can't wait for our next visit.
