A well run establishment. Very good value for Anchorage. Ok for a one night stay. Nice reception area, and some outside areas. Had a feeling of a hostel.

Did not like Midtown location especially in heavy rain. You need to drive or taxi to Downtown for shops and historical centre. Our superior room did not match the photos on Booking.com it had too much furniture and an old reception counter. Also our door latch did not feel secure and a security guy knocked loudly on our door at midnight to say our door was not closed properly ! Unfortunately the weather did affect our enjoyment of our stay.

The location is okay nothing special walking distance from movie theater and Walmart, a few place to eat and buy buzz what attract natives. The price was the cheapest at day I booked it was the only reason. The person on reception was really nice! Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable, And coffee in the morning was okay but it’s not enough. Ps. They provide three bottles of water and three packs of candies as a complement.

I even didn’t take any pictures, trust me - you will want to spend extra 20 bucks and choose other place to stay. All the property is really tired of living and need attention. Dirty hallways floor, ceiling in room, windows, shades and blinds, no place to hang towel and other stuff in bathroom, no mirror above the sink, no fridge, no microwave, no AC. Lack of electrical outlets and light.

Location wise. It's accessible anywhere in downtown. Our tour van picked up and dropped us in this Hotel wc is very convenient. They have a parking lot at the back of the hotel where we safely parked our rented car. Our room has no AC, but we went to Anchorage 2nd week of May, and the weather was still cold enough that no AC wasn't a problem at all. Please ask the facility if they can provide rooms with AC or fans, The personnel/s are very accommodating. Beds, linens, and towels were okay and clean water with hot/cold shower. What more could you ask if you're on a budget trip!! Thumbs up.

Very cheap compared to virtually all other hotels in Anchorage. However, don't let the low price fool you. This isn't some sleazy, dive hotel. The place is very clean. The towels are very soft. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Linen is very fresh. The staff is amazing. The common kitchen area is well equipped with access to fridge. The free coffee and tea is well stocked and maintained. Location is close to Walmart and 3 restaurants are across the street within walking distance. Wifi is good. Hotel is very secure and supervised.

At this price point. Can't expect it to get better. Already exceeded expectations

This is the first time I stayed in a private room here; usually I stay in the Japanese style pod room. The private room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The heater was warm. The shared bathroom was easy to find and clean.

I haven't found anything I don't like about the inn.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me a great recommendation for dinner. It was close enough to walk to Walmart and local places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable.

On the booking website it said they had breakfast but I didn’t notice any food. But the coffee was good.

The room was decorated with very nice rustic furniture. It has a European traveler feel to it. Everything was supplied to make sure you were comfortable including multiple fans.

There were lots of steps and no elevator

Very friendly staff offering free coffee water and seasonal fruit. Clean with average comfort.

Midtown, but with people mover (bus) connection to downtown and to the Dimond Shopping Center.

I traveled alone and felt very safe. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again

The bathroom being down the hall was a bit inconvenient but not a deterrent to stay here again.

Loved the shared kitchen, made it easy and convenient to save money and not go out for every meal. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness and fresh scent was beyond our expectations.
