Breakfast was good

We arrived a little early but couldn't check in because they didn't have a room available. When we could check in, the room wasn't great. The walls had marks that made it look dirty, and the carpets had multiple stains. The linens were all clean, and the bathroom was clean. Housekeeping never came to check the towels.

room was lacking a chair to set in and a lamp at the desk. after complaining 2 times, someone brought an old office chair that was worn out that rocked around and a straight chair. Lamp that was brought in was good. Shower leaks. Very poor lighting overall, had to use the light in my phone to find outlets to plug stuff in. The light over the vanity did not work had to ask for it to be fixed, it worked for 2 days and stopped working again.

The location is ideal for airport access. We rented a car for travel elsewhere. This is a good value for travel to Anchorage. Hotel staff are courteous and the facility is clean.

No complaints

Clean, quiet, close to restaurants. Good breakfast. Plastic cutlery could be stronger and orange juice could be pure juice. Staff friendly , shuttle is very helpful .

I really enjoyed how modern the hotel was and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great.

I didn’t like that the side door where you could walk your dog wouldn’t open with the room key. the bathroom also has hair left in the shower from the previous people.

Property outside was tidy and the snow was cleared. Inside was clean and bright. Well marked with signage to navigate the building.

Wish every room was equipped with walk in showers.

Little pricey.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great, and ranged from cold cereal to waffles. The location was very convenient.

My only critiques are that their pool was under construction, which really wasn't a huge issue for me, and the food items for sale in the lobby were pretty sparse. Plenty of sweets, but lacked microwavable meal options.

Breakfast was very good. They provided wonderful transportation between hotel and airport and hotel and downdown Anchorage

Room could have been a little cleaner

I appreciated the contactless check in and room key. The breakfast was delicious and the pool/hot tub area was great. Room was very clean also.
