the room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is included. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us to the train station. the pickups are well organised.

Breakfast is always amazing. The location is very nice, close to nearby restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Nice rooms but please clean carpets before other people go in to stay. Previous hotel (not Hyatt properties) charged us for stains that weren't our fault. Almost gave up hope in hotels until we stayed at the Hyatt Place. Very nice pool and spa.

Please clean your guys carpets more thoroughly. And fix your sinks as well. Got put into a room with stains on carpet and a cigarette mark on the nightstand. We don't smoke. I thought it was a non-smoking hotel.

Breakfast is quick, easy and generally is good. Location is close to the office I am visiting. Room is clean and I routinely get a good night sleep. THe TV selection is great. I have also enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. I wish the food offerings in the evenings had a few different meal configuration including Steak, Chicken Or Fish with a starch (Baked Potato) or mashed potato and maybe a vegetable like broccoli…The staff have always been very nice courteous and supportive!

I stayed here for two nights after breaking my ankle, waiting for flights home. The hotel maybe a standard formula but the staff could not have been more helpful, receptionist, restaurant staff etc went the extra mile to assist with bags, breakfast etc as I was on crutches. Particular praise for the airport shuttle driver who went into the terminal to get me help before he would leave.

Very expensive but it was a last minute booking in peak season

Check-in at the Hyatt was seamless, which is important after a day of travel. The hotel offered a great lobby for relaxing, plus small cubby areas for reading or privacy. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and cocktail choices, which was very enticing. In the morning, the breakfast area was neat and clean, with offerings such as sausage and eggs, waffles, and fruit and yogurt, plus fresh juices and coffee. It was the experience we were looking for!

I don't believe there was anything about the hotel we didn't like. Our room faced the highway, and our view was the top of the lobby roof. As we were only visiting for one night, it wasn't important and we could have asked for a different view, so this was not considered an issue for us.

It was very clean! The rooms/beds were comfortable. staff was friendly and it was a good Location to lots of shopping!

The only thing that was negative (and this is the smallest thing), was they didn't have any pool towels the second night we were there. But there were a TON of people at the pool, so I'm guessing they just couldn't keep up. We were there for an hour that night and never got a towel.

Breakfast was Phenomenal and great choices.

I didn’t pay much attention to view but when I did look out, kind of disheartening to see a parking lot with trash thrown all over. It was the next lot to Hyatt.

No tea kettle, one stale teabag, no milk, no teaspoons. Fortunately we travel prepared....own tea milk spoons and kettle!
