we really liked the bay window seat in our room. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the parking. it was unique. on one side of the building there were parking spaces and there was some people sitting there cars. Then we realized that guest parked parallel to the road across from the door. it was just awkward. There were lights in the head board of our bed, Everytime we got up out of bed we would bump the switch and they would turn on.

Nice location - quiet and very near the airport. Free shuttle to/from airport. We asked for a room with a step-in shower due to mobility issues but ended up with a tub shower. It was a low-rise tub, so my wife did o.k. with assistance. Breakfast was about average for budget hotels that include a free breakfast.

We had trouble with the shower faucet -- apparently what appears to be one knob is actually two with the less obvious one controlling water temperature. This is more of a manufacturer design issue.

The room was comfortable, with all the basics provided. Breakfast was good enough. We arrived very early A.M. after our flight arrived and the free shuttle arrived soon after we called for it. Polite driver. Next morning, the nice driver shuttled us back to the airport so that we could pick up our rental vehicle and really begin our Alaska adventure! It all worked out as well as hoped. The facility is older and showing some wear. No big complaints though except for not enough blankets.

There is always fresh Coffee, Hot Tea, cold water available in the lobby. The Breakfast is simple but satisfying and the waffles are great. the location can be difficult to access but very convenient to the airport.

The parking is kind of weird but conveniently close to the end of the building. The area in front of the building can be a little confusing about where to drive in the winter. This would not be a problem in the summer, but I have never stayed here in the Summer

Trash on the train rails side. 1126 room bathtub drain area chrome items need to be replaced were not working. The team change me to the 1124.

Excellent room, clean. Older hotel but still looks nice. We had a suite, room was very large! Soaking tub was very nice but I couldn’t get jets to work. The staff was wonderful! They were very welcoming of our two dogs!

Glitchy key cards, often didn’t work properly. Lots of noise (walking above us and people letting the outside door slam…all night long) so if that bothers you, be prepared.

I appreciated the courtesy and sincere friendliness of the staff from front desk to housekeeping despite the fact they were clearly overworked at times. With one person needing to shuttle or attend the breakfast area or check people out. All were very attentive and accommodating to individual needs of various guess that I observed.

Everything was basic – I did not require a fitness room or a swimming pool, but niceties of hot water and coffee were appreciated. The hotel shows signs of wear, hot water took 15 minutes to arrive to second floor showers, but the room was exceptionally clean, kudos to the housekeeper, towels were soft, front desk often unstaffed, requiring a short wait until manager returned from a shuttle run. These, however, were minor inconveniences. Manager was helpful with suggestions for activities in town and accommodating for holding our luggage until our return for our late flight. Also called us a taxi and shared directions to bus route. Special thank yous to the manager from Hawaii and to the manager who holds down three jobs!

The pillows soft and comfy, the cost was exceptional. I did get a shuttle service twice and the wait time was just right and got me conveniently to the car rental as well the next day. The front desk staff were kind and helpful as well.

The surface of some of the furnishings were not as clean.

Very conveniently located near the airport. Airport shuttle didn't take long. The room was spacious.

The location of the light switch was located in the middle of the headboard. I felt it was an odd location. Hotel appears to be in process of some upgrades.

I got a free ride from the airport to hotel.

Nobody around to get the airport shuttle they claim to have. Stood at front desk for 20 minutes waiting and calling at the same time. Finally got a LYFT to the airport so I didn’t miss my flight!
