Liked the kitchen area. Nice not to have to eat out all of the time. Liked the breakfast buffet.

You really couldn't walk to anything in the neighborhood. If there were good restaurants around, we didn't find them.

I had a queen suite. The room is well laid out, with lots of storage space for your stuff. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes and a microwave, but no stove or pots and pans. The bed is very comfortable and the nice big soft pillows are fabulous. The heating is good, and I was able to keep the room quite comfortable. The window coverings block both light and cold very effectively. All in all, a very nice room. I’m impressed.

The ice buildup in the parking lot. A judicious and frequent application of ice melt would make the parking lot a whole lots less scared. I’m 76, and cannot afford to break a bone in a fall on the ice. Your parking lot needs a lot of ice melt on it, frequently, to make things safer.

Comfortable room and lovely staff. It was a good location for easy access to appointments, shopping and restaurants.

The BED! It was uncomfortably soft and we actually rotated the mattress. More firm pillows are needed, too. I had recently had physical therapy and that bed almost sent me back to the doctor. My husband agreed it was very uncomfortable. This was unfortunate because we enjoyed everything else.

Close to airport, offered living room seperate from bedroom. Nearby restaurants

Could hear noise from the separate floor. Our style room did not have a choice of bathtub or shower. I wanted a bathtub. Breakfast was not busy. I got there at 7am. The staff was nice but forgetful about bringing out a breakfast bowl request. I think she was busy doing inventory or stocking. She appeared 30 minutes later and had to remind them.

Samantha was fantastic on reception! She pointed us in the right direction to buy US Sim cards for our phones (having just flown in from Vancouver.) We spent a comfortable week with you after my husband caught Covid and we needed to isolate for 5 days. Thank you.

Hotel: Clean, safe & comfortable, good complementary breakfasts with fresh coffee & tea 24 hours; Staff: professional, quick to help, always cleaning. Staff were all polite. Laundry room great!! Pool & gym awesome clean!

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Property was clean and quiet. Wish they would have had the outdoor fireplace going at night.

The breakfast was not up to par with other Home2Suite locations that I have stayed at in the past. The room was great but the lock on the pocket door for the bathroom was broken (I was the only one in there so I didn't use it). The shampoo and body wash dispensers are cheaply made and the front falls off of the when trying to pump the product out of them.

Comfortable nice staff clean. I also loved that the laundry was 24hr.

The door inner safety locks need to be up higher more child proof.My grandson kept opening the door and running out of the room.

The staff was grea, from answering questions, to scheduling taxis, to procuring beverages that were not readily available in the lobby store. They did a great job of making sure our needs were met and making us feel like they valued our business.

Yevett working the breakfast bar was extremely hospitable, helpful and went Above and Beyond by chasing me down when my family and I headed towards our vehicle to see if the bag left by the coffee bar was ours. It was. Our son forgot it there. Thank you so much Yevett! Staff at the front desk and housekeeping was very friendly and patient which I appreciated and our room was clean and inviting.
