The breakfast buffet was clean, offered a lot of options and had a good rotation of new items daily, in addition to offering the standard staples every morning. The dining room offered a variety of seating options. Our room was spacious and laid out nicely. The heating and cooling system worked great and beds were comfortable.

The hallways were long and dark, not well marked for recognizing the room location from the outside entry, made it hard to know where to park. The hallway carpet was a bit dark and dated making the hallway very dim. Our room furniture (couch and chairs) were not the most comfortable for relaxing.

With a separate sleeping area we can get up and have coffee while the other stays asleep. Also, we live in a village so we get alot of groceries. The full refrigerator lets us keep all the frozen/chill stuff ready to pack the day we travel.

They always put me so far away from the elevator. It's such a huge hotel but there are only one in the front and one in the back. You should put elevators on all four sides.

flexible with letting me select a floor and very easy to check in and out. Also gave the best info to get to my room faster.

The room had a smell. When i asked for extra towels I wasn’t given anything extra just the regular amount. Even the hallway and by the stairs had a smell to it.

The location is good if you are using a car as there is nothing in walking distance. The room was clean, there is a small kitchen with everything you would need. We enjoyed gym and swimming pool.

Breakfast was fine, Room was clean, Pool could have been lil bit warmer, Nice to have plates and a place to cook

there were 7 little kids, under the age of 10 or so, unattended in the pool. They were screaming and carrying on. we asked the front desk to speak to them as we were trying to enjoy the hot tub and pool. They did but did not help. I would enjoy my time in the pool with adult hours and no kids. Further kids should NEVER be left alone in a pool or hot tub.

The Breakfast spread was great . Front desk staff was very nice.

The breakfast staff was not friendly - couple of people. One of the elevators - one closest to our room was not working. We stayed 3 nights and could not use it.

very well appointed with amenities in kitchen. comfortable beds. spacious for family of four. loved that we each had a bathroom in our room. everything was very clean.

I liked the breakfast seating area but cold air conditioning blew directly on my food when preparing my plate. It would be great if you would offer more of a variety of food choices thought. I stayed for 6 nights. Too much sausage. I was looking for hard boiled eggs & omelets & missed the one time you had bacon 🥓 because I traveled to Seward that day. The coffee was good and hot! The staff was exceptionally accommodating! I was impressed! The pillows were like a dream!!

I was sad the grill was broken and the room kitchen wasn't stocked with sufficient supplies to function like it should. We bought groceries but there were no proper pans to cook stuff in. Wasn't this part of what I paid for? Also, the fireplace was broken most of the stay. The pool area wasn't decorated and uninviting. Meh.

The full kitchen was perfect and the rooms were nice and spacious and very clean! The size of the pool and spa was wonderful.

The pool hours weren’t long enough and the pool was closed for the entire last day were there for “cleaning”
