The hotel is a good business hotel, as you find many everywhere. But it was what we expected, so the hotel matched our booking and expectations. Restaurant was very basic.

Several of the staff are not up to the job.

Nice and good size room,shuttle service available from airport and good respond after calling them for pick up.

Not possible to connect to the free internet due to number of users connected ,this is just unacceptable for the hotel that charges 500 USD for one night.Better offer for breakfast for this price is expected, more healthy choices.

Good location. Nice breakfast buffet. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also my room was made up every day. The one day housekeeping didn’t arrive I requested service and they came by which was nice. Smoke parking for my rental.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was we booked months in advance. Prepaid. Put in reservation that we would not be landing til around midnight. Airline changed our flight and we didn’t land til 2am. Called hotel and let them know our change When we called for shuttle. We were told our room was already given away. They managed to find us a different room type and so it turned well. So this is just a word of caution. Call hotel the day of arrival especially if you are getting in late

The buffet was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean as was the room. Room was comfortable.

The heater/air conditioning in room was loud. The water in pool was cold.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Amazing pillows. Quiet location near the Anchorage airport with a few walkable restaurants and fast food options nearby. We ate at the nearby Bear Paw Bar & Grill and it was good. We basically needed a bed and shower between a late train from Denali NP and an early morning flight out the next day and this hotel met that need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy any hotel features offered.

Breakfast is not included and the room was expensive ($332.25/night for a standard king room). Breakfast also wasn't available for those on the early shuttles. Anchorage hotel prices are high this year, so we didn't have many options when we were booking a room in town. We needed a 6 am shuttle to the airport but had to take the 5:30 am shuttle because the 6 am is always reserved for specific guests (ie government), etc, which made for an even shorter night for us after a long day of travel already. Perhaps a 6 am shuttle for general customers can be considered?

The bed and bedding was so comfortable and felt amazing

We booked this place purposely to have the pool and hot tub to use after we spent 10 nights in an rv, touring Alaska. Unfortunately the heater broke and the waters were cold. Very disappointing end to our 2 week vacation.

Room and bathroom were great. Bartender is always on point.

Front parking lot and driveway could use attention.. but with the snowfall Anchorage has had this year, I understand it can be tough to stay on top of.

Cozy room, soft beds and spacious.

Neighbor above me had creeking floors. So I heard every step they made.

Convenient to airport. Spacious room and enjoyed the restaurant. We didn’t want to go out and our meal was very good. Nice bar too
